The City Garden Villa is located in Hamburg's popular and historically preserved downtown area of Eppendorf, not far from the Alster, in a romantic, quiet side street. The original Art Nouveau architecture of the entire district provides the cultivated backdrop for a lively urban lifestyle in the midst of shops, boutiques, bakeries, restaurants, countless sunlit coffee shops and supermarkets. Everything, whether subway station, bus stops, indoor and outdoor swimming pool / SPA, car and bike rental is almost on the doorstep within 3 minutes walking distance. So l "in the middle of life", contemporary and at the same time comfortably calm ..

The unbeatable transport connection (underground station 'Kellinghusen'), the nearby car rental (also by the hour), or the "red-bike" bike rental station can also be found right on the doorstep. Inexpensive but good locations and tasty breakfast options included. Something for every taste: from "Italians" with and without evening jazz music
