• Accommodation:

The accommodation is independent and is organised on 2 levels.

On the ground floor is a large living room comprising:
- The open kitchen which is fully equipped to cook like at home (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, combined fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine)
- A small cupboard with washing machine
- The dining room and the vaulted living room equipped with a pellet stove, air conditioning, TV with Chromecast and a sofa bed

Please note that the sofa bed can be used as a sleeping area extra for a child, but is not suitable for an adult.

Upstairs, you will find:
- 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed with a wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower
- An individual toilet
- Air conditioning in the hallway

You have garden furniture in front of the house with a charcoal barbecue.

Several free spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

• Location:
La Chambonnière is located in the village of Chomérac. It offers a peaceful setting and an easily accessible location, 15 minutes from the A7 motorway.

The village has many amenities: bakeries, tobacconists/newsagents, bars/restaurants, supermarkets.PGJyPg
Traveller access: The accommodation is accessible in its entirety in a private way.
