We welcome you in a cottage of 85 m2 entirely new in a stone farmhouse. You will find peace and independence on its terrace of 40 m2 and its green space that will allow you to make barbecue evenings with breathtaking views of a small valley.
The house is located at the end of a private road, your children can play freely without danger.
You can go hiking (mountain biking), swimming, canoeing in the gorges of the Ardèche or just enjoy the calm and the Ardèche sun, all this 20 minutes from the Montélimar south exit.
WARNING: in July and August, rentals are only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et très adaptée aux jeunes enfants (jeux, jouets...). Il pleuvait mais nous avons pu balader et visiter car il y a plein de sites à voir à moins de 30 minutes. Les hôtes ont été de bons conseils également ! Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Emplacement idéal, gîte parfaitement propre, propriétaire très accueillante. Environnement idéal pour un séjour détente loin du bruit et au milieu de la campagne. Très sécurisé pour les enfants. Possibilité d'aller au resto et acheter du pain à pieds. Proche de tous les lieux touristiques d'ardèche (kayak, grotte chauvet, randonnées...)

Au son envoûtant des grillons, bercés par les circonvolutions des cols et les paysages des gorges.

Très agréable séjour dans une région viticole historique (époque romaine). Beaucoup à visiter (villages de caractère, gorges, grottes, etc), des vins et une gastronomie surprenants. Propriétaires très sympathiques et aidants.

Logement très bien équipé, hôte très serviable et sympathique. Village à 10min à pied : prévoir néanmoins une voiture (une boulangerie et un restaurant, une cave coopérative, une bibliothèque et des artisans, et rien de plus). Prévoir de bonnes chaussures pour la rando !
