Bon séjour

La maison se situe dans une impasse super calme. La piscine est top et l‘intérieur de la maison est superbe aussi. Cependant, il faut laisser une caution à hauteur de 300€ qui n‘est pas mentionné dans le descriptif et puis sinon décide de ne pas faire le ménage soi même cela engendre un coût supplémentaire de 80€. Pour le check out il faut sortir de la maison entre 9h30 et 10h mais pour le check in la maison est que disponible à partir de 16h. Au niveau de l‘équipement de la maison il n‘y a vraiment rien du tout en terme de linge de maison même des serviettes pour se laver les mains ou sécher la vaisselle n‘y sont pas. Tous les condiments pour la cuisine sont également à ramener. Il faut donc tout prévoir ou racheter. À part ces petits bémols la maison est au top et la femme du propriétaire est très avenante et sympatique. Le calme y est au rendez-vous et les lits sont confortables.

Villa au calme, spacieuse pour quatre, bien située, près d'un très joli village mais également bien située pour profiter de belles ballades, pour visiter de beaux villages pittoresques et bien sur Vallon pont d'Arc et la grotte CHAUVET.

La propriété est idéalement placée, au calme et proche de Ruoms et Vallon Pont D'Arc La maison est jolie et fonctionnelle. La piscine sécurisée est parfaite. Tout esst réuni pour passer des vacances de r^ve. Sans parler de l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et de sa disponibilité. A recommander sans réserve
