We welcome you in a cottage of 85 m2 entirely new in a stone farmhouse. You will find peace and independence on its terrace of 40 m2 and its green space that will allow you to make barbecue evenings with breathtaking views of a small valley.
The house is located at the end of a private road, your children can play freely without danger.
You can go hiking (mountain biking), swimming, canoeing in the gorges of the Ardèche or just enjoy the calm and the Ardèche sun, all this 20 minutes from the Montélimar south exit.
WARNING: in July and August, rentals are only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
