Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160x200), dressed with high-quality hotel-grade linens for a restful night’s sleep. A workspace is also available, perfect for getting work done.

Known for its historic theatres and covered passages, the area is full of shops, restaurants, and bustling cafés. Stroll down lively streets like Rue Montorgueil and explore the neighbourhood’s cultural richness through its theatres and performance venues. It’s a place where history and modern life meet, offering visitors a diverse and immersive Parisian experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Sentier (line 3), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 60-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
