About this property

The spacious, urban-luxurious apartment offers 70m2 two double rooms for 4 people (+ max. 2 additional people, hotel sofa). The exclusive bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. The toilet and urinal are created separately. The stylishly furnished living room with large flat screen TV, HiFi system, DVD & Blu Ray player invites you to relax. The high-quality kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine, includes delicious cooking and a nice get-together. Starter capsules. We also thought of our little ones. The baby package with cot, high chair and bottle warmer is available free of charge in the apartment. A garden / balcony is part of your personal retreat.

You can relax on the partially green roof terrace and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rainberg" and the villas in the Riedenburg district. The roof terrace with its cozy lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day thanks to romantic lighting.

We are a "self-check-in" apartment. There is NO reception on site. Please note that it is absolutely necessary to have the door pin code sent by us (received approx. 1 week before arrival) upon arrival. This code replaces the key and opens your apartment during your stay!

All necessary registration formalities are ready for you in the apartment. Please fill it out in your own interest.
The housekeeper is there by the hour, otherwise she can only be reached by phone in urgent cases.

We are a non-smoking apartment, so we ask you to smoke only on the balcony / terrace.

What a lovely time!

A lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It's about a 25 min walk (pretty much all flat) into the heart of Salzburg. This home is fully equipped, and the rooftop deck (shared) is a great bonus. Would gladly stay again!

The apartment is very cozy, nice, and 15 minutes from old town, but more expensive than expected.

This apartment is part of a hotel without receptionist (just look online villa salzburg for the hotel webpage). You just get a door-pin-code to enter. It is located 15 minutes walk from old town Salzburg (you have to cross the mountain through a walking tunnel and you are there). The apartment is very well decorated and cozy and nice. The only problem is that the price is not clearly stated in this webpage. To the overall price, you need to add a cleaning fee and other fees (that I only knew about when I had already paid the Homeaway price) so at the end the apartment IS way more expensive than expected.
