The living room
My accommodation near the old town of Salzburg offers not only great views, but also many family-friendly activities. Up to 8 people can relax in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a fitness / wellness room holiday. Particularly convenient is the convenient location of the house, the old town can easily be reached on foot in a few minutes. Trips can also be made by bus from one of the nearby stops. In 20-40min you can reach by car to Austria's most beautiful lakes, as well as to numerous ski resorts and hiking trails. Especially in summer, it is pleasant to end a successful day in the large garden, or on the terrace with a cool drink.

Visited for 2 nights with a group of 7 adults. Very beautiful spacious and well kept home in a peaceful neighborhood just a few minutes travel to downtown. We had plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. Ray was a wonderful host and was quick to help us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property especially for larger groups.

The villa is very spacious and excellently furnished. Comfort for all 4 of us. Convenient to the bus that took us straight into Old Town. It allowed us to really get theoat out of Salzburg.

Great house!

Wonderful location - right by convenient bus stops, parks, grocery stores, etc. The house was clean and comfortable, and Ray checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed! We had 8 people staying there - 4 kids and 4 adults - and everyone was comfortable!

Splendid in Salzburg!

I wish we could give a 10-star rating. The home was perfectly appointed, clean, and spacious with more than enough room for our family of 7 (parents and 5 teens). The location is fantastic - a 2 mile (~4.5 km) walk to the center of Salzburg and tucked away in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but walkable within minutes to great restaurants. Ray was a gracious and attentive host and provided keen attention to our needs, making thoughtful suggestions on “off the beaten track” activities and places that our family loved. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Traveling with family of 7 and this home had plenty of room for all to relax and be comfortable. Ray met us at the property and gave us orientation and advice on the area. He was very easy to work with. this house is in perfect location, close enough to city center yet in a quiet neighborhood. The bus runs right to the entrance of the neighborhood if some wanted to venture out on their own. It was ideal for our big group. would highly recommend this home to others traveling to Salzburg.

Clean and spacious

The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. A bit far from town as downtown is not within walking distance. What disappointed us was that none of the patio doors can be opened downstairs to go to the patio. Each room had an in room air conditioner which was really loud and we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. We liked the big living and kitchen area but would have loved to have a closet or shelving in the master bedroom.

Superb location, clean and comfortable house, everything was easy!

My family (husband, 13 year old, 12 year old and 10 year old) just stayed several nights at this great property in Salzburg. So close to everything you want to see and the house was very easy to use, and most importantly in these Covid times -SUPER CLEAN! The owner met us upon arrival and the lights were on and everything waiting for us to enjoy- including fresh water in the jacuzzi! The owner also sent us so many great ideas of things to do and restaurants to enjoy - really helped us begin enjoying Salzburg right away. This was our first trip to Salzburg and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Ray! Ma famille (mari, et mes enfants 13 ans, 12 ans et 10 ans) vient de passer plusieurs nuits dans cette grande propriété de Salzbourg. La maison était très facile à utiliser et, surtout en cette période de la COVID-19 – Très Propre! Le propriétaire nous a rencontré à l’arrivée et les lumières étaient allumées et tout ce qui nous attend pour profiter- y compris l’eau douce dans jacuzzi! Le propriétaire nous a aussi envoyé tant de bonnes idées de choses à faire et de restaurants à profiter - vraiment nous a aidé à commencer à profiter de Salzbourg tout de suite. C’était notre premier voyage à Salzbourg et nous serions certainement rester ici à nouveau. Merci pour tout, Ray!

es funktionierte alles reibungslos. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit telefonisch möglich. wir bekamen Tipps für Unternehmungen, Infos und gute Tipps zu der Stadt, sowie Umgebung. wir hatten einen kleinen Hund mit, war kein Problem, wir haben auch nichts extra bezahlen müssen. in der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. wir waren zu neunt. Freunde, darunter auch Pärchen. es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer. da wurde es schon etwas eng, wir haben es so gelöst, dass wir Matratzen im Wohnzimmer bzw Keller aufgelegt haben. sicher gewöhnungsbedürftig, empfanden wir jedoch als gute Lösung. die Nachbarschaft ist sehr hellhörig, also für lange Party- Nächte nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man keinen Kontakt mit der Polizei haben will. darauf wurden wir auch vom Vermieter hingewiesen. ansonsten war alles Top. die Lage für uns gut (viele Seen, Wanderwege, Klamm, sowie die Innenstadt) der Wald ist 1 Minute Gehweg entfernt, für unseren Hund natürlich super. der Vermieter höchst sympathisch. freundlich, hilfsbereit. wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit mit ihm in seinem kleinen Flugzeug mitzufliegen.
