Excellent property

Family of four adults used this location to visit Salzburg during Christmas week. Convenient and short drive to the train station. Grocery store, shops and restaurants close.

Great place

Trip was cut short due to snow in mountains canceling tours but the property was very close to town so we were able to enjoy great food and drink. Odessa was very pleasant as well and check in was easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic clean home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern clean home. Underfloor heating throughout make sure it was cosy on a cold night. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Highly reccomended.

House outside of Salzburg

Fantastic property. Very spacious and very modern in style. About 20min drive to city center. Supermarkets are nearby and also rail station. We did not use the rail from here but went into Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Highly recommend unless you want to be in the city center. Odessa provided good details and getting into the property.

Amazing place with easy access to Salzburg

We stayed here for three nights while we toured the area around and visited Salzburg. This house is very classy with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We had three adults and two teenagers and we felt very comfortable. There is a great kitchen, laundry in the basement and a nice patio to sit outside. It was also nice that there were two disconnected bathrooms in addition to a shower room. This gave us options for getting ready in the morning and evenings without being on top of one another. Loved this house!

Freilassing

The property is comfortable, clean, and just as pictured. It was easy to locate the nearby grocery store, and a quick drive to park and catch the train to Salzburg. We so appreciated the fans in each bedroom, as it was quite hot. Thank you!

Lovely home but not easy to get into Salzburg

This house is spacious and clean and really comfortable. Olessa (the host), who lives next door, is extremely responsive and kind. The one thing that we did not realize is how far the house is from Salzburg, and what a quiet town it is. I would not recommend staying here if you are there to explore Salzburg and do not have a car, as it is impossible to get Ubers to pick you up and the walk to the train station is longer than expected and not very pleasant (on busy roads).

Beautiful House and Wonderful Host

This is a perfect location for exploring Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Hallstatt, and all the beautiful surrounding area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains yet close to a major road to get you where you want to go. We were in old town Salzburg within 15-20 minute. It's also close to a train station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house was better than described! Check in was seamless and easy. It was far more spacious and perfectly clean. Each room had a fan that was helpful during the warmer days. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom might be the biggest I've seen in Europe so far! The kitchen was well appointed and I appreciated the tradition coffee maker--not a machine that makes terrible coffee. Everything in the house was is either new or good condition. The host, Olessa, was extremely kind and checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. She also left a delicious bottle of wine to enjoy. I would recommend staying at this house to anyone, including families with young children, who want a quiet but close home base to Salzburg.

Tolles und modernes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist zentral und nur wenige Minuten von Salzburg gelegen, so dass man die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden. Das Haus ist modern und toll eingerichtet. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Vermietern wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub b Vielen Dank.

Eine sehr schöne Woche.

Er war sehr schön und sehr Zentral gelegen. Einen keinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich, ein Überdach aus der Terrasse, damit man bei den tropischen Temperaturen auch mal bei leichten Regen draußen sitzen kann. Sonst war alles Top.

Schöne Ferien Adresse

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille début aout 2024. La maison est spacieuse et tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Très fonctionnelle et agréable pour 6 personnes Le quartier est calme. Salzbourg est proche ainsi que Berchtesgaden. Mais on dépend de la voiture pour tout. Très grand hypermarché à 2 min. Nous recommandons.

Komfortables Ferienhaus nahe Salzburg: Ideale Basis für Ausflüge

Das Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Salzburg ist eine großartige Wahl für einen Gruppenurlaub. Die neu gepflegte Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Auto. Die Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, da sie uns Ausflüge nach Salzburg, Leogang und Hallstatt in kurzer Zeit ermöglicht (alles im Umkreis von etwa 1 bis 1,5 Stunden erreichbar). Zusätzlich gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist, besonders für Lebensmittel. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist umfangreich und erfüllt alle Bedürfnisse für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wärmepumpe vor dem Haus ist in den kalten Monaten hörbar, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist sie kaum spürbar, dank der guten Isolierung. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus eine ideale Basis für die Erkundung der Region mit dem Auto, bietet Komfort und Bequemlichkeit für Gruppen von Freunden oder Familien, die verschiedene Orte in der Umgebung besuchen möchten.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der Nähe von Salzburg verbracht. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und nett. Das Ferienhaus Lutz können wir ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Alles super!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich würde mir allerdings beim nächsten Mal eine eigene Kaffeemaschine mitbringen. Aber sonst wirklich alles super!

Urlaub über Silvester

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Alles ist super sauber und wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern angegeben. Leider haben wir den Kaffeevollautomaten vermisst, dafür gibt es aber auch einen Kinderstuhl, der nicht in der Ausstattung aufgelistet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
