Your accommodation is located in a fisherman's house built around 1830 with a lively and changing history. By combining the charm of old beams and framework with the proximity to the water (direct location on the "Great Jasmunder Bodden" and not far from the kilometer-long Baltic Sea sandy beach) you feel transported to another time. Your holiday will be unforgettable and you will tell those who stayed at home about this charming house.
Experience in the high season from the 50m distant old historic harbor, the nightly fireworks of the "Störtebeker Festival".
Your apartment is located in the 1. OG of a single farm and was completely rebuilt in many diligence hours and structural challenges and set up. The old structure of the house presented us with some big obstacles, which we mastered very well.
Are you traveling by boat? No problem!
There are several parking options for your trailer on the property.
A slipway to Bodden is located in Martinshafen (about 5km away) and the Baltic Sea in Glowe. Smaller boats can also be left directly in the water (max. Draft: approx. 25 - 30cm).
Are you a sports fan? Bring your surfboard or kite! Due to the wide shallow shore area, this area is particularly suitable for beginners.
Do you like fishing? Bring your equipment! There are offers for various guided fishing trips (Baltic Sea or Bodden) - or try your luck on the pike of your life with waders in the shallows area.
Do you like exploring the area by bike? Bring your wheels.
A women's and men's bike are available for 5, - EUR / day.
Parking facilities are available. Polchow is the ideal starting point for cycling tours across the northern island.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in historischem Stil, Originalfleer nach Restaurierung gut erhalten, schöne Dusche und eine wunderbar gemütliche Küche. Wohnbereich könnte mit einem besseren Sofa / couch noch weiter aufgewertet werden. Das WLAN hätte besser sein können. (die Jugend legt darauf ja oftmals besonderen Wert) In allem eine gute Wohnung die uns für 14 Tage gefallen hat. Sehr netter Vermieter der sich um all unsere Fragen und Sorgen gekümmert hat.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben beispielsweise vergessen, einen Föhn mitzubringen. Der Vermieter hat uns einen neuen als Ausstattung der FeWo besorgt!

Wohnung in schöner und ruhiger Lage auf Rügen

Toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub auf Rügen. Einfach, aber gut. Sehr freundliche, gastfreundliche Besitzer. Bitte beachten Sie: Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar, die für manche Menschen (z. B. ältere Menschen) schwierig sein kann. Gut für eine Familie. Kleiner Strand mit Spielplatz ca. 100 Meter entfernt; Der große Strand von Glowe ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Und auch der Nationalpark Jasmund liegt in der Nähe. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Herrliche Wohnung am Bodden unter Reet

Die Wohnung hat mir und meinen Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Fast jeden Abend ein atemberaubender Sonnenuntergang direkt vor der Tür. Niels ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt am Bodden gelegen, in sehr ruhiger und idyllischer Lage. Ein Bäcker ist leider erst im nächsten Ort. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, kinderlieb und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie auch beschrieben ein besonderes und gemütliches Objekt, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Bodden.

Wunderschöner Ort

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar, nur durch einen Schilfstreifen vom Grossen Jasmunder Bodden entfernt, am Ende der Dorfstrasse des Weilers, im Grünen. Das slte Hsus strahlt viel Charme aus.

Haus mit viel Charakter für Naturliebhaber

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem stilvollen alten Dorfhaus und können dieses für Naturliebhaber nur empfehlen. Es liegt ganz ruhig am Ortsrand von Polchow, und man kann direkt von der Haustür aus kürzere oder auch längere Spaziergänge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Auch ein Sprung in‘s Wasser ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem stehen zwei Räder zum Ausleihen bereit. Aus den Fenstern hat man einen tollen Blick über den Bodden oder in‘s Grüne. Besonders die geräumige helle Wohnküche, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, hatte es uns angetan, aber das Wetter (September) war zu schön um viel „zu Hause“ zu bleiben! Herr Rothsprach und seine Mutter sind sehr nette Gastgeber und waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholung pur in idyllischer Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön gestaltet. Das erhaltene Fachwerk verleiht ihr einen besonderen Charme. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und aufmerksam und hatte viele gute Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants etc. parat. Die schönen Sonnenuntergänge am Bodden lassen sich direkt vor dem Haus oder aus dem Fenster der Lounge sehr gut beobachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferienwohnung direkt am Bodden

Das alte rustikale Fischerhaus liegt am Ortsende, direkt am Bodden. Der Spielplatz und die Badestelle sind lediglich 100m entfernt und auch der Sonnenuntergang lässt sich von hier beobachten. Radweg nach Glowe/Strand und Lietzow direkt vor der Tür. Es ist alles da was man brauch.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und schöne Natur

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und man kann von dort aus schöne Radtouren unternehmen. Nicht weit von der Haustür entfernt ist eine schöne Bademöglichkeit am Bodden und auch bis zur Ostsee ist es mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Urlaub im idyllischen Fischerhaus

Das Haus hat Charme und liegt idyllisch direkt am Bodden. Sonnenuntergänge inclusive. Polchow ist eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Glowe , Jasmund Nationalpark, Prora, Ralswiek usw Eine schöne Badestelle liegt nur 100m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schlicht eingerichtet mit dem Nötigsten.Die alten Balken schaffen Atmosphäre. Nur die Dusche war uns doch zu eng- auch wenn die Maße 80x80cm angegeben waren in der Anzeige. Wir hatten nicht so drüber nachgedacht.... Niels ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und hat uns mit Erdbeeren aus seinem Garten verwöhnt. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Entspannt.

Die Unterkunft und Lage passte genau. Ein paar Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung und viel Wandern stand auf dem Programm im Herbst. Die Unterkunft passt dafür ausgezeichnet. Alles war sehr entspannt. Vielen Dank dafür auch an den Vermieter!

Toller Aufenthalt im Herbst

Der Aufenthalt in einem fast 200 Jahre alten Fischerhaus ist definitiv etwas besonderes. Die Wohnung war sauber und bietet viel Freiraum, die Küche ist schön eingerichtet und die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Fazit: Prima zum Entspannen.
