The apartment is located at ground level in a small apartment building with only 6 units. Together with the upper apartment, it has its own covered entrance. On about 65 square meters are 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), a living room with open kitchen, fireplace and sofa bed for 2 more people and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Directly next to the apartment entrance is a private, furnished terrace and a sunny lawn, which can be used together with the upper unit. A special highlight is not only the proximity to the beach (about 1.000m), but also a private beach chair, which is available to you for the duration of your stay at the beach free of charge. On request, we are happy to provide bicycles.
