Very good appartment for a comfortable stay. Tram stop around the corner. About 20 minutes by tram to the centre of Berlin. Good beds. Kitchen o.k., supermarket accross the street. To check-in you need an account to receive a code. This is not nice.

A brilliant space centrally located

The location of this property is sublime. Public transportation is nearby, as is a grocery store (across the street), a park, and several restaurants and shops. The space is as described, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It's on street level, which is nice to watch the passers-by. There's also a small courtyard behind the building. A furious woman was loud a couple of (late) nights we were there, but that's not the owner's fault. It's also part of being in a big city — life happens. We STRONGLY recommend this property and plan to stay here again on future trips to Berlin.

Gewisse Enttäuschung

Das Objekt ist in einigen Bereichen wohl renovierungsbedürftig. Die Türen quietschen, besonders die Badtür, was nachts nachteilig ist, weil andere in der Wohnung wach werden. An verschiedenen Stellen blättert die Farbe ab (Türen, Decke im Wohnzimmer). Die inserierten Fotos (wie auch das obige) stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit nicht überein. Außerdem war es hofseitig bis Mitternacht sehr laut. Für einen längere Zeit ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen.

Cute place

The owner, Ruth, is very kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need to be comfy and it’s so close to transportation to get around Berlin. A plus is the organic market just steps away! The property is older but that adds to its charm. The only negative thing would be the kitchen and bathroom is very small but comfortable for the four of us.

Genuine 2 bedroom groundfloor flat in northeast betlin suburb 25 mins tram to anywhere.Sparsely furnished no washingmachine only german local tv but 50 mtres to supermarket bakery and tram.Owners helpful and on site excellent english.

Very comfortable apartment in lovely neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay in Berlin. The apartment was just what we needed, and Ruth was easy to work with and helpful. Easy access to central Berlin via the tram, and walking distance to nice restaurants in the neighborhood. In case it’s a major concern, be aware that wireless is spotty. But that wasn’t a big deal for us as everything else was great.

Süße Wohnung in toller Lage!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung, auch die Kinder fanden es gemütlich. Wir hatten zu fünft genug Platz und kommen gern wieder. Die Lage ist super, an jeder Ecke Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit der Tram ist man super umkompliziert in der Stadt. Ruth ist eine sehr umkomplizierte und nette Vermieterin!
