Welcome to Bella Lago #434, a three-bedroom, two-bath resort-style luxurious vacation destination in paradise with generous square footage. Bella Lago is newer construction and this condo is nicely decorated and furnished. The resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina, movie theatre and restaurants. There is deeded beach access and also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area. Amenities at Bella Lago include a resort-style pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, fitness room, community room and fishing pier. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all towels and linens, private laundry area, central air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Post-hurricane Ian damage cleanup continues in the Fort Myers Beach area. Please expect ongoing construction and construction noise around the complex. At this time some amenities may not be available for use. Currently the elevators are not working. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.
Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby and up the stairs to #434 on the third floor. Currently the elevators are not back functioning. Enter into the foyer and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The condo has tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has an elevated pass-through bar into the dining area with two high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. There is ample granite counter space. Everything is provided to prepare full course meals, or simply make toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances include a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, glass-top range with oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which flows into a nicely furnished living room with a leather sofa with end tables and lamps, matching loveseat, over-stuffed side chair and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza and large flat screen TV. A wide expanse of sliding glass doors takes you to the screened in and well-furnished balcony overlooking a lake with fountain.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps and a tall double dresser with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the balcony. The bathroom has two vanities with lavatories with storage space beneath, a deep soaking tub, a separate commode room and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamp and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a double dresser with flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bath has a nicely tiled tub/shower combination with glass doors, commode and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
