Our 'Tropical Penthouse Paradise' provides a marvelous view of the pool side activities! Upon your arrival we encourage you to go for a dip in the huge, heated, Resort Pool and play under the Waterfall. Also, just steps away, are the Island House, Poolside Chickee, and Grill Area! We are very family friendly and you'll find entertaining a family of all ages is easy with our 'beach entry' pool and quick access to Bonita Beach.

Be sure to make your daily visit to The Groggy Frog, our poolside Chickee. With 2 TVs and its casual fare you can enjoy a beverage, relax, and make new friends. Also, for your enjoyment are two large Spas and the Island House, a fun-filled clubhouse with an extensive fitness facility, billiards, media room, Internet cafe, and social room.

I like the convenience of being able to walk downstairs and I'm at the main pool, the gym, the rec center, and the bar. Easy access to 5th Ave South in Naples. Also, great restaurants close by in Bonita springs

Resort pool

Bonita Village is a great place to stay. Well maintained and normally a quiet relaxing place to stay. This was our second vacation there. This time there was one man and his two kids swimming, running around and yelling after dark which was annoying while I relaxed on the lanai. There was also a planned shut down for maintenance on the resort pool. I understand that these things happen but it was planned and it should have been disclosed when we booked it. We lost 3 days of the resort pool which is one of the reasons we returned to Bonita Village. There was also a death in the family and we had to shorten our stay by a week and lost out on that.

Awesome place-not really family friendly

We stayed for over a week in a condo, the condo was awesome the place is awesome. Unfortunately the place is full of older people who don’t want to see young families staying at there place. Two evenings we used the pool and had the kids out by 830 well before the 9 pm cut off. Both nights we received complaints about having kids in the pool area after dark. If you don’t want families and young kids having a good time in you facilities I get it but that should be listed. We followed every rule except the unwritten one that said kids can’t be kids after 6pm when the sun goes down. Place is great I would recommend for older couples or single couples-not families.

Bonita Springs Gem

Excellent property and accommodations. The development was just the right size; not too small and not hundreds of people where it wasn't ever quiet. At most 2-3 families were in the pool area, which allowed for plenty of space of our own. Highlights, cold beverages, condiments, and such in the fridge upon arrival, everything in the kitchen was above and beyond well stocked. We hosted some friends of ours for dinner a couple nights and had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Enjoyed morning coffee and reading in the screened in lanai, and on the 4th floor, we were in the tops of the palm trees. John provided beach coolers, chairs, and towels in the closets, made logistics to head to the beach very easy. Less than 3 minutes drive west to the beach, or drive a but further for other options, but getting to and from the beach was a breeze. Plenty of food/dining choices very nearby for meals if you choose to eat out all the time. Check in and out was painlessly simple. We'll most certainly return, and rent from John again in the future.

Little Paradise!

Bonita Village is wonderful place to enjoy vacation. The unit we stayed in and the apartment complex is better than it showed in the pictures. It is peaceful, clean and close to beach and shopping. We will definitely come back.

Great For Families

This is an outstanding rental in a great location. Close to several beaches and parks. If you get tired of the crowds at the beach, you can come back to the unit and enjoy the beautiful pool. If you are vacationing with children this is a great option. Also, John was very responsive at all times throughout the week and a great host!

Relaxing week at Bonita Village

My wife and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this property in Bonita Springs. Our initial check-in had some hiccups as we were temporarily unable to gain access to the elevator lobby due to a code change which apparently occurs on a weekly basis. Additionally, the cleaning crew for the unit had not completed their work as of 4:30 pm, or over 30 minutes past the check-in time of 4:00 pm. Further, the air conditioner was not operating properly upon entering the property. Notwithstanding the above, the property manager was easily reached by phone and immediately addressed the AC issue by getting a service technician at the unit within the hour at which time the problem was remedied. The only other “issue” involved just one wash cloth being available for renter use. Inventory needs to be checked more often for property manager to either supplement or to advise renters beforehand to bring their own wash cloths. Beyond these wrinkles, the property was extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. Kitchen area and roomy lanai overlooking the pool are highlights. The main pool area is beautiful with the palm trees, waterfall and tiki hut/ bar-restaurant. The fitness center is easily accessible, very clean and contains updated equipment with enough space to enjoy while others are using the facility. The property is very safe and the location is terrific providing nearby access to the grocery, restaurants and the beach. Further, the property manager, John, was very organized with providing an instruction sheet weeks in advance of our trip and was quite responsive and prompt with e-mails and phone calls before and during our stay. Additionally, on the day of our departure, John e-mailed me that our security deposit refund was already being placed in the mail. We would definitely stay at this property again due to all of its terrific attributes and responsive property manager. Our overall experience was very positive.

Great apartment on a perfect spot for family with young kids

It is located in a small resort with a nice pool, especially for younger kids. There is a bar where you can get hot dogs, ice creams etc. They offer a shuttle service to the beach, very convenient since it is hard to find a parking spot. Great take away and restaurants close by. Apartment has everything you need; clean, light and as shown in the pictures. John, the owner is easy to reach and very responsive.

We are a working family that loves to escape to Florida from New York every chance we get. The central location offers everything we like to do on vacation. The area is so relaxing and the pools are superb. Everyone should enjoy some Florida time every chance they have.

It was the perfect time to buy with prices moderating. We found the best value in the area at Bonita Village and the amenities are unmatched. Being only seconds to the beach we can enjoy a little sun and fun and then retire to the pool and the Chickee for the rest of the day. Hopefully, you will have a chance to enjoy what we feel is the best vacation area in SW Florida!
