We enjoyed our stay very much. The zero depth entry pool was our favorite part. Our 4 and 6 year olds never wanted to get out of the pool. The location was excellent. Communication was wonderful. Furniture/linens could be updated.

Great location quiet complex

The unit we stayed in faced the small quiet pool on the third floor. It had everything we needed although it said it came with beach chairs and we didn’t see any. Everything in the place was nice, clean and comfortable. We had trouble with our Internet, most of the time we were there, so that was not great, but we would definitely return for all good things.

Heated pool great for families

The condo was nice and exactly like the pictures. It included all the basics you would need for a rental stay. The pool was the highlight for us! Very well heated which was perfect for mid-February swimming. Resort/group storage closet provided noodles and other pool/beach toys which helped entertain our kids. Hot tubs were hot too! Poolside bar had 2 tvs, drinks and some basic food options(go w/ the chicken sandwich). As someone who frequents SW FL this was definitely nice and you won't be disappointed. One thing, if planning on using shuttle to beach, check the day before to get the drivers info and times as it changes dailey. Also during our week the shuttle was in the shop for repairs for a few days so not available at all. It's a nice feature though when available.

Great Place for Wintering

The location is great. Close to shopping, beaches, parks, and anything you could want. The facilities are awesome. The resort pool is large, warm, and a lot of fun, especially with the pool bar (The Groggy Frog) right there. The quiet pool is a great place to just hang out and read a book. The grounds are very well kept and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Kris a the bar. The unit itself was as described and looks just like the pictures. It is well equipped with everything you need for a extended stay. A little dated and could use a little paint but overall very comfortable and homey. As with most rentals there are a few minor things that need repair, like the Lanai door needs to be lubricated to make it easier to open, but overall, the unit was great. One word of caution would be the construction next door to the condo complex, that will be going on probably for the next 2 years. The condo is well insulated from the sound but if you open the lanai doors you will definitely hear it.

This condo was incredible. The beds were so comfortable, and everything was amazingly clean. It had everything we needed for a wonderful trip. My daughter loved the pool, and the proximity to the beach was excellent!My issues are soley connected to the rental agency. Our check-in was not ideal. We did not receive instructions ahead of time. In addition, once we were given information about check-in - the focus was more on telling us about the condos for sale vs. helping us with having a successful rental week. Lastly, we were not given any heads up that was major construction happening less than 50 yards away from our patio. I believe this is a major oversight of the rental manager so be aware.

Beautiful rental/ great for families

This is a beautiful condo and so convenient for families! I couldn’t have though if a better situation did myself, my mother, and my 2 young boys. The condo was amazing and the property pool was top notch. It’s super close to Bonita beach which is excellent! We had the best time staying here!

Winter getaway

Overall, felt that our experience was positive. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The condo is spacious and was very clean. The pools are well maintained at a perfect temperature. It is a lovely atmosphere by the pool. The health club is also wonderful. It has good equipment that did not appear to get used by many, but seems very well maintained. My only criticisms of the place were that the living room furniture felt a bit dated. I believe it is ready for replacement. The twin beds were not very comfortable, but the king bed in the master bedroom was perfect. With regards to the kitchen- it could use a few items, such as a newer frying pan and perhaps a couple of plastic storage containers. Also, the refrigerator could use a new water filter. We ended up buying bottled gallons of water, as the water from the faucet is terrible. Pat, the agent from management was wonderful to deal with. She was quickly responsive to any issue. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Condo was very comfortable, quiet, clean and location was great! Very good local restaurants near the condo and not far from the beach. One downfall-the bed pillows, they really need to be replaced. We would definitely return!

Long weekend

The resort is beautiful and close to everything including the beach, dining and shopping. Pat was truly so helpful when we arrived and they were painting the building we were in and all of the windows and the lanai were covered in plastic. We were moved to another building without hesitation. We so appreciated Pats attention to our concerns. We will-be recommending this place to our friends and family and plan to return again soon. Bonita Village is definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed at in Florida and we travel frequently there since my husband’s family lives in Cape Coral. Thank you Pat your the best!!!!
