Schöne Unterkunft

Es war sauber und alles vorhanden. Sehr gute Ausstattung bei Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, selbst Kleinigkeiten die wir immer mitnehmen, waren vorhanden. Betten waren bequem, die antiken Möbel haben uns nicht gestört, allerdings muss man alles gut lüften wenn man von einer Wanderung zurückkehrt. Der Wintergarten ist schön zum Sitzen, auch wenn es draussen noch nicht warm war, mit Jacke war es schön und wir konnten die Aussicht genießen. Der Wald ist vor der Haustür und die Wasserquelle ein paar Minuten entfernt. Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt oder Metzger gibt es nicht im Ort aber im Nachbarort. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Nur die Agentur war kompliziert beim Beantworten von Fragen, sie beschränken sich auf Vermitteln, ansonsten wissen sie nichts und den Eigentümer kann man nicht direkt kontaktieren, die Daten bekommt man erst am Anreisetag. Die sind dafür aber nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren 2 Wochen hier, sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Angenehmer Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist schön groß für 3-4 Personen. WLAN ausreichend. Es fallen Nebenkosten an.

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges, ruhig gelegenes Objekt direkt am Wald. Dennoch sind einige Objekte des täglichen Bedarfs (schönes Café, Gaststätte, Geldautomat) schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Teufelstisch ist auch nicht weit und ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ich empfehle bei hohen Temperaturen einen kleinen Plansch in der Wieslauter die sich durch Hinterweidenthal schlängelt!

Gemütliche Wohnung unmittelbar am Waldrand

die Wohnung befindet sich als eine von 2 Ferienwohnungen im oberen Stock eines am Hang gelegenen alten Förtsterhauses und ist daher trotzdem ebenerdig erreichbar. Dierekt daneben steht ein überdachter Carport. DIe Fotos des Inswerates geben die Wohnung gut wieder. Das Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und die Küche sind neu renoviert, die anderen Zimmer eher rustikalerer Ausstattung aber trotzdem sauber. Die Lage direkt am Wald lädt zum Wandern ein, ein Bäcker ist in 10 Munten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schön ist der Ausblick und der Wintergarten, der uns trotz des leider sehr schlechten Wetters etwas Urlaubsflair ermöglichte. Der Kontakt mit den freundliechn Vermietern, die im Haus nebenan wohnenverlief reibungslos

Großzügige Ferienwohnung direkt am Wald

Schön gelegene und bequem große Ferienwohnung. Bad und Küche sind modern eingerichtet, der Rest ist teilweise schon etwas älter, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der kleine Wintergarten ist das Highlight, hier sitzt man sehr schön.

Ferienwohnung mit Potential

Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereich, schade dass die Wohnung ein bisschen vernachlässigt wirkt. Das Bad und die Küche sind schick und renoviert, die anderen Räume leider nicht, hier stehen viele dunkle alte Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände die etwas aus der Zeit gefallen sind. Der Balkon und Wintergarten liegen sonnengünstig aber auch hier ist das Mobilliar alt und etwas klapprig. Könnte man mehr draus machen.

Amazing Views

I had a wonderful peaceful one week vacation at this property. The owner who lives next door is very kind and welcoming. A microwave oven will be a handy addition to the kitchen but we managed. The heating worked very well during the cold nights. The early breakfast in the glass room was amazing. I recommend this apartment to every one specially to families with small children.

Empfehlenswert! Ruhig und schön gelegen

Empfehlung: Eine wunderbar gelegene und wirklich angenehme Ferienwohnung! Das Haus liegt in Hanglage sehr ruhig am Ende des Seitentals von Hinterweidenthal und zudem etwas oberhalb der anderen Häuser, erreichbar über eine kurze und steile Stichstraße, die direkt vor der Haustür in einen Waldweg übergeht (also kein Autoverkehr vor dem Haus). Auf diesem Waldweg kann man oberhalb des Ortes gemütlich spazieren gehen oder direkt einen der Pfade hinauf zum Bergrücken wählen. Die ganze Gegend ist durchzogen von einem dichten und gut beschilderten Netz von Wanderwegen bzw. Rundwegen mit vielen beeindruckenden Ausblicken von den Felsen und Burgen. Bei dieser (oberen) Ferienwohnung im Bungalowstil handelt es sich um die ehemalige Wohnung des Försters, woran noch Teile einer etwas altertümlich-ländlichen Inneneinrichtung erinnern, ist aber frisch renoviert mit modernem Bad, gut ausgestatteter, funktionaler Küche, schnellem W-LAN und großem TV. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Sahnehäubchen der Wohnung ist neben dem langen Balkon der angrenzende Wintergarten, der wie ein Glasguckkasten über dem Ort hängt, mit Ausblick über das Tal bzw. in die Kronen der nahen Bäume, in denen die Vögel umherhüpfen. Selbst Regenstunden mit ihrem beruhigenden Geprassel auf dem Dach des Wintergartens sind hier ein erholsamer Genuss! Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus, das noch über eine untere Ferienwohnung verfügt, die bereits seit Jahrzehnten vermietet wird und zum Berichtszeitraum (Frühjahr 2018) gerade neu hergerichtet wurde. Die hilfsbereiten und unkomplizierten Vermieter wohnen im holzvertäfelten Haus nebenan, das älter aussieht als es ist (nämlich jünger als Haus mit den Ferienwohnungen). Hinterweidenthal bietet neben zwei Kirchen und dem nahe gelegenen Felsen „Teufelstisch“ auch mehrere Gaststätten (empfehlenswert z.B. das griechische Restaurant „Dionysos“). Supermärkte und Fachgeschäfte finden sich im 6 km entfernten Dahn (stark befahrene Landstraße), dessen drei nebeneinander liegende Burgruinen (Alt-Dahn) eine Besichtigung unbedingt wert sind - wie so vieles andere.
