The detached house consists of one floor (accessible) and two somewhat deeper spaces (. 2 Hallway and 2. FIG. Bad) and has a total size of 95 sqm.

The house is entered through two entrances: from the old gate (2 steps) and the historical doorstep or accessible through the side entrance.
Living / TV room with fireplace, kitchen "galley" with dining area (partially open to the living room), bathroom with floor-level shower,
Hallway with access to the two bedrooms. A bedroom with double bed and TV, the second bedroom with 2 single beds.

The open design has one of all living rooms and bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the water and on the Friedrichschleuse.
All the main rooms (kitchen / dining room, living room, hallway, two bedrooms and 1 bath) are at ground level and thus to achieve barrier-free.
In addition, a bit deeper lying and each reach a small stairway: a reading and relaxation room, a second hall with wardrobe and

Wenn draußen bei 0 Grad C. Der Schneeregen vom Sturm gegen das Haus drückt - dann sollte man so ein Ferienhaus haben, denn sich dort aufzuhalten und mit nem Kaffee aus dem Haus raus zu gucken ist schon Urlaub genug. Wir würden sehr gerne irgendwann noch mal kommen.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll und wertvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Es fehlt dem Gast an nichts. Wer den maritimen Flair mag, kommt hier auf seine/ihre Kosten. Der Außenbereich ist leider sehr klein, aber wenn man die Friedrichschleuse überquert, kann man dem Treiben auf und neben der Harle auf vielen Bänken zuschauen. Die Abwicklung von BPS-Service war ausgezeichnet. Auch vor Ort kam man unseren Bitten sofort nach, was zur Erholung beiträgt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank! Sehr gerne!
