Sunny Side - Circa 1930's- updated bungalow located in the historic district.

Located on a quiet, tree lined street in the charming down town historic district of Wendell . Inside you are welcomed by a quaint interior filled with natural sun light! In addition to the 2 BRS w/ queen size beds you will find a newer 12x16 sun room addition w/ cathedral ceiling. The sun room area offers over flow sleeping with a day bed + trundle. For our guests enjoyment, there is a very large - fenced rear yard w/ gazebo and out door furniture as well as yard games and a propane grill. This home is located within walking distance to the downtown area with restaurants, craft brewery's, coffee & gift shops. We look forward to hosting your stay!

Cute cozy home away from home

Cozy house, super clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Host checked on us, making sure check-in went smoothly. Close to restaurants and only 20 min from Raleigh. Will definitely stay here again when we travel back to the area.

Owner was great to communicate with and offered places to visit near. We walked to the town, which is close, and had a great time meeting locals. House was perfect, beds were comfortable and we had lots of space to spread out and relax. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay.

What a warm and welcoming home-perfect for our stay. Updated inside with a wonderful backyard. Very convenient whether you want to go to Raleigh or hang around the quaint little town of Wendell. We had a little bit of trouble with recycling requirements as far as what was recyclable, so I hope we did OK Thank you for a great stay-we’ll definitely stay here again when my grandson is born!
