Our family loved our stay. The property was close enough to town to have everything we need, but far enough out for the relaxation and seclusion we needed. The home was comfortable and well stocked with plenty of space both inside and out. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and taking advantage of the trail to the creek. Even with the lack of cell service, the wifi was great and we all stayed happily connected. We had a fantastic stay!

Clean, comfortable, (loved the extra cozy throw blankets in the living room), kitchen well-stocked with quality cooking utensils, lovely quiet home. And appreciated the shampoo for those of us who forgot it!

We had no issues with check-in; all details shared via messages. It needs to be stated in description that the house does not have central A/C and only has a few portable fans. There is the ceiling fan upstairs, and even though the evenings and mornings were incredibly pleasant, it needs to be stated. Just needs to be transparent in the description. The house was perfect for our family as we prepared for a wedding down the road. I would choose it again. There were several cracked and broken coffee cups in the cupboard..but there were still plenty for us to choose from. The broken/cracked ones just need to be thrown away. The house was well-supplied with other condiments including boxes of kleenex throughout the house; we also thoroughly appreciated the full size washer/dryer and available cleaning supplies. This was all very much appreciated! Final recommendation would be a good spray of fabric refresher sprayed on all of the couches and chairs after each visit. I think it has not been done in quite some time. The cool temperatures were a very welcome relief for our family--the mountain air was wonderful!

Awesome Idaho Springs Property

Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for and we had a fantastic time! It had everything you could need for a stay and the owner's instructions and local guidance was much appreciated and well thought out. We loved the ability to hike on the property without having to go to public land with other people and had great views of wildlife while sitting on the porch. We would certainly book again when we are back in the area!
