Fantastic Loft style in Historic BA

This is a beautiful loft style renovated apartment, in the historic district of Monserrat.

The place has a large living room - dinning room space, connected to kitchen area, 2 large bedrooms with double size beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds, and 2 bathrooms.

Balconies to the street and large windows that allow the sun to bath the space.

Very quiet building, and quiet street at night time, close to theaters, bars, restaurants, famous Ave de Mayo, and Congress Palace square.

The subway system is very reliable and it covers the center and the outskirts of the city with a combined route of 46 kilometers and 80 stations. There are five lines identified with letters (A, B, C, D and E) and it's, undoubtedly, the fastest way to move around the city.

Hi, Im an Argentinian artist and designer based between Buenos Aires New York City and Brazil, I own beautiful apartments in Buenos Aires, Argentina and a magic... beach house in Salvador, Brazil.

I rent them out for vacation, but they are all part of my life. This places are designed with love and a balance between up to date design and local art.

Seems it was 52 degrees C in Buenos Aires when we arrived and after going up 52 steps with our very large bags a good blast of A/C would have been nice, but alas we were limited to fans only. The apartment is very big with plenty of room for 6 - 8 people and is well supplied. The neighborhood is sort of a garment district and you get a great feel for the area. A short walk away are the tourist areas and a main but stop so local transportation is wonderful be it taxi, bus, or subway No need to buy a gym membership; the stairs up and down will get you your exercise here! . .
