The neighborhood looks a bit run down, but the area is being improved. We had no issues and everyone we came across was friendly. We would definitely stay again. The downtown area is walking distance and several buildings are undergoing restoration. We ate lunch at fith and fire and everyone was so nice and the food was amazing. We also ate at Hen and Frog and it was yummy. Several museums are with in walking distance if you wanted to walk around downtown. We were in Augusta to see my niece livestock show at the fairgrounds a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The apartment is nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Perfect Augusta location

We were walking distance from some great restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owner was a great communicator and responded very quickly. Unfortunately got rained out for the Masters but have a good property to stay at for next time.

Good Location with an easy walk to downtown and to the river walk trail. If you are in town for the Ironman you are less then a 5 minute walk from transition. Second floor apartment with plenty of space. Host has great communication.

great Augusta stay

lovely historic home - cozy 2 bedroom with great layout - bedrooms are separate with living room in between - loved this as my sis needs noise to sleep but I need quiet! Had a blast exploring river walk & great meals at Craft & Vine and Partridge inn

Perfect for a weekend get away with a small family

This was the perfect place for a weekend get away for my family of four. When we first arrived my kids walked around raving about how awesome the place was. It is located within less than 15 minutes driving to anything you could possibly want to do or need to do and it’s within walking distance of a bunch of things in downtown. My 8yr old enjoyed having his own room all to himself & my 2yr old enjoyed sleeping between mommy and daddy in the king bed. (Although there was more than enough room for a pack n play, or inflatable mattress for her had we brought one) The kitchen was small, but stocked with the essentials for cooking a small meal. The only thing that could possibly be a down fall is that it is upstairs, which could cause problems for anyone who has trouble with steps. We very much enjoyed our stay here and if we plan to come back to Augusta, we will look into staying here again.

Nothing special

This apartment is upstairs in a out of the way neighborhood. We didn't find it particularly comfortable. There's no TV's in the bedrooms, or convenient bedside lamp for reading, the bathroom door has a gap when closed, but the kitchen was okay. I needed to get back home to see my Doctor for health reasons, but the owner wouldn't consider a refund on the second night, yet he had scheduled work for that day in the driveway and asked me to move my vehicle.

The apartment is located in a great part of town where you can easily walk to restaurants and the Riverwalk. The owner has put a lot of effort into updating an older building. It is a great value as compared to a hotel for a couple of days stay... Perfect for me and my daughter to attend a concert at Bell Auditorium...it was within walking distance. Very comfortable and accommodating for our girls trip. We stayed an extra day because Augusta had plenty of fun shops to visit that were all close by to the apartment, restaurants to eat at, grocery stores and the movie theater!
