About this property

Ty Feunteun - Breton cottage 5 minutes' walk from the beach

Pretty little Breton house, with garden, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Plage des Colons, the GR 34 and the Saint Laurent peninsula and 800 metres from the shops.

On the ground floor, a pretty living room decorated with care and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge).
The bright master bedroom includes a 160cm bed and a storage cupboard, as well as a small desk. A baby cot can be added if needed.
Adjoining the bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs: two bedrooms (ceiling height 1.78m) each with two 90 cm beds, perfect for a cocooning place for the children, as well as a toilet and cupboards.

A pretty flower garden with shaded terrace area allows you to enjoy the outdoors, as well as a barbecue and children's games.

A washing machine is available in the shed.

Possibility of borrowing games, children's bikes, fishing equipment on foot... don't hesitate to ask, we are next door.

Notre séjour chez Francine et Jean-Yves était parfait. Un accueil chaleureux, des échanges sympathiques, des hôtes comme rarement on en rencontre. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et parfaitement pensé et équipé (vaisselle, jeux, barbecue, documentation, linge, etc. !). Et la situation ! 5 minutes à pieds des plages.
