SKI in SKI Out Mountain Home

This townhome is located on Beaver Creek mountain, and less than 40 yards from the beginner ski slopes. Grab your skis and walk out onto the slopes in the morning and ski home when finished. Grab a glass of wine and some of our sleds and take your kids out when the slopes close for some afternoon fun! This townhome is perfect for those looking for convenience and easy access to the ski slopes. The home was remodeled in 2021 and completely refurnished with beautiful/comfortable furniture, fine artwork, and very comfortable beds/linens. Enjoy incredible views of Beaver Creek mountain from within the vaulted den or outside on the large deck. Make a fire in the stone fireplace or warm your sore muscles in the large outdoor hot tub. If you want convenience, comfort, and beauty, this townhome is perfect for you.

* This townhome comfortably sleeps two families (2 master bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd bedroom with bunks and a trundle bed - for a total of 6 beds).

* Our friends own the adjoining townhome. Inquire about renting both for larger groups. There is a door that can be unlocked that connects both units!

* This townhome provides guests access to Village Connect, an on call private shuttle service that picks up and drops off anywhere in Beaver Creek or Bachulor Gulch. IT is a fantastic amenity for families with little kids or beginners that want to easily get their kids to ski school (and do not or cannot ski there from the townhome) or those that want easy access to restaurants or shops that are spread throughout Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch.

Great access to the ski hill. Perfect that the trail goes straight to the kiddy lift our two year old granddaughter loved the lift and the run. The rest of the family could ski right over to the Centennial lift and get anywhere on the hill. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whole place is clean and comfortable

Beaver is the best. Great spot for the family to ski, sled and drink coffee in front of a wood burning fireplace. Flynt the owner is great, available for whatever is needed. Thanks for a great trip.

Fun winter break

This was perfect place to stay for our family. Our 8 year old was a first time skier and had a great time with ski school and also playing in the snow around the townhome. The village connect shuttle made things very easy to get around Beaver Creek.

Working with the host was very easy. The location is excellent for access to slopes. We had a couple of hiccups but the host got on it right away. We take an annual family trip to BC and we would recommend this property.

Wonderful place in Beavercreek !

Great accommodations and wonderful host. Skiing was a one minute walk. The Beaver Creek shuttle picks you up and takes you wherever you wanna go, the host was communicative and available the few times we had questions before we got there and at the beginning. I highly recommend this option for your Beaver Creek vacation !!

Great family ski condo

This is a good condo for a family that’s located a short 3 minute shuttle ride to the beaver creek village. It had everything we needed for our stay with our 4 kids (ages 8-14). You can access the slopes directly from the condo but it does require a short walk and is not directly on the slopes. The shuttle service is very easy to use. Would definitely stay again!

Everything we expected. Has all you need for an awesome vacation. Flynt was very responsive and helpful. Location is great: short walk to get to slopes so maybe not good for little ones, but we were fine with teenagers. Villlage Connect shuttle is great. Unit was super nice and taken care of. Fireplace a big plus for after skiing. Would recommend ti anyone

Lovely property and hosts!

Let me start by saying, the host’s wife had a baby the day he responded to my initial request. He literally responded to me from the hospital, and apologized for his delayed response (which by the way was not really delayed.) He was absolutely wonderful to deal with and the property location is just perfect. Definitely an E-bike ride up the mountain!! Everything in Vail Valley is easily accessible and the home itself was warm and inviting. I would recommend this home to couples and small families. Thank you again for such a lovely experience!

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful experience in staying in this beautiful Beaver Creek townhome. The owner is quick to respond to messages and easy to communicate with. The decor is fresh and modern, the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. Our children skied to and from ski school and the shuttle was easy to use to get around the village. This is a great option for anyone wanting to be near ski school and/or the slopes!

Great BC Location for families

Excellent stay overall. Family of 5 with enough beds and baths. Living room was a little cramped for enjoying the fireplace. Community hot tub and shuttle services were close by. Location was excellent for a day of skiing and an evening in Beaver Creek Village or dinner in Avon. Convenient check in and access. We appreciate the use of your townhome to stretch out in instead of an hotel room.

Great Trip

Our group of 5 really enjoyed our stay! We skied 2 days in Vail which was a short 20 minute drive and skied 2 days at BeaverCreek. The house was a short 3 min walk to the BeaverCreek slopes. The residence was the perfect size and location for our group. Drinking a beer in the hot tube was great way to end a ski day!!

My wife and I started skiing in Beaver Creek when we were toddlers. We are now fortunate to be creating similar memories with our young children, family, and friends. We are happy you are considering our home for your trip and want to say that there is arguably no better ski destination in the U.S. for families. The ski school is consistently ranked #1 amongst U.S. ski destinations and the amount and variety of terrain between Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead ensure a full weeks worth of opportunity to ski new terrain. If you are lucky enough to get a lot of snow, we highly encourage an easy day trip (10 minute drive) over to the back bowls of Vail for a skiing experience like no other. Why they chose this property

1. VALUE. There are few townhomes in Beaver Creek....offering you a lot of space and A LOT of value for the money. Beaver Creek is super nice.....and expensive. You have stumbled upon a really nice home that will make you feel like you got a great deal!
2. Our home is incredibly convenient to the slopes. You can ski in and out with ease.
3. My wife and our decorator did an amazing job decorating the home with beautiful art, comfortable and tasteful furniture, and all "the little" things that you need or want in a home.
4. We have been using the same cleaning lady (Evangalina) for 6 years (our previous place and now this home), and she is fantastic. We like coming into a clean home, and you will too.
