About this property

Small and cozy holiday apartment

Our little apartment on the ground floor has a small living room with TV - incl. DVD players and mini-kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed for 1-2 children, a travel cot. The bathroom has shower and toilet.

Besides self-sufficiency is bread service or breakfast service in the house possible. We offer a number of local flyers for attractions and excursions. When designing your day trips we can help you (day trips to Dresden, Karlovy Vary, Prague, we organize for you).

Our cozy inn is located in a quiet, sunny location near the forest in the resort Bärenstein. Our community extends between 700 to 900 meters above sea level near Annaberg-Buchholz and Oberwiesenthal.
Our house is the ideal starting point for many excursions and cycling tours in summer, and extensive cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter!
Relax with individual personal attention and a personal atmosphere.

We have single rooms, double rooms with shower / WC and TV and 3 apartments. The house has several common areas (eg. As for game nights or common TV evenings).
Before the house is a large parking and garden with seating (partially covered) and barbecue.
