Issues during stay from August 5, 2026 – August 12, 20261.Back screen door does not lock and the screen is broken.2.The back door does not fully open. It drags on the floor.3.No curtain over the front door windows as a result someone can look into the premises.4.Per Mr. Miller, Tuesday is recycling and Friday is trash day. Both trash cans were filled upon our arrival. Missed garbage day due to incorrect instructions. Garbage day is actually Thursday. No instructions on what should be recycled.5.Ice Maker on refrigerator did not work. Missing a part that needed to be ordered.6.Three empty water bottles in the window sill in the master bedroom. (took pictures)7.An accidental drop of the remote behind the sofa and in trying to retrieve discovered a collection of garbage behind the sofa. (Took pictures)8.The ironing board is broken and will not stand up.9.The bench in the dinning room is dirty. (Took pictures)10.The bannisters were sticky to the touch.11.The Tv’s are too small to watch anything.12.Some of the dishes are chipped and should be removed.13.The parking area looks nothing like the picture. The weeds and trash are taking over and it is not just two weeks of growth. (Took pictures).

Following direct from Cleaner. This says it all. “ the guest were not respectful at all. The sheets comforters had blood all over them stained everything. Used every towel on hamper and just left everything everywhere. I didn’t even care to flush dirty toilets. Food left behind. It’s sad but just wanted to let you know.
