The perfect retreat for your family on the French Atlantic Coast. The house is located in a quiet area with lots of private parking and most importantly, 100m from the famous surf spot at Estagnots Beach. The property is enclosed by fencing and a wall for the utmost in privacy. It's a surfers dream to walk to sunrise and sunset sessions within 2 minutes of stepping out of the front door. The shops of Les Estagnots (supermarket, restaurants, and surf shop) are all within walking distance. Park your car for your stay as there is easy access to the bike path 100 meters away. Hossegor town center is a beautiful 15-minute bike ride away along the bike path.

Very private garden area with partially open terrace for shade. Grill/plancha, ping pong table, outdoor seating for 8 people, hammocks for relaxing.

Maison dans laquelle on se sent bien

Maison très agréable, ombragée et spacieuse, bien équipée ( seul bémol : les salles de bain sont encore dans leur jus !!!) la proximité de la plage permet à chacun de gérer sa journée comme il l’entend Restaurants et commerces à proximité Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

We are a surfing family originally from the U.S/Bermuda. We fell in love with the beaches of Les Landes many years ago. We decided to move to Europe and live part of the year in SW France where the waves are world class in all of Europe.

Location, Location, Location!
This property is ideal for surfers and beach-lovers. No need to ever get in the car. You can check the waves with a short 2-minute walk or get on your bike and check other surf breaks along the coast as the bike path is accessible at the end of our street. Or you can rent a beach e-bike with a surfboard rack and ride along the 165km of beach in search of the perfect, uncrowded, break.

What makes this property unique

Privacy and easy beach access make this property a unique place to stay. Our street is a private road that does not allow parking for day-users of the beach. It is a very quiet and private place to stay.

We offer private parking behind a locked gate, space for 2-3 cars. We also off an EV Charger for a Tesla, so that you can charge your car while you relax.

L'intimité et l'accès facile à la plage font de cette propriété un lieu de séjour unique. Notre rue est un chemin privé qui ne permet pas le stationnement des usagers de jour de la plage. C'est un endroit très calme et privé où séjourner.

Nous offrons un parking privé derrière une porte verrouillée, espace pour 2-3 voitures. Nous proposons également un chargeur EV pour une Tesla, afin que vous puissiez recharger votre voiture pendant que vous vous détendez.
