Welcome to this charming 23m² studio apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet residence, a 10 minute walk from metro station 8 (École Vétérinaire de Maisons-Alfort), offering direct access to Paris.

- The living room is well equipped and functional, with a sofa bed with a really comfortable mattress (140x190cm) and all the bed linen you need for a restful night's sleep.
You'll also enjoy a 32" Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access. Whether you want to work, relax or eat, this space can be adapted to your needs!
- The kitchen has everything you need: induction hob, mini oven, fridge (with freezer), microwave, kettle and Tassimo coffee maker (pods included). All utensils and dishes are provided, with a few essentials to get you started.
- The bathroom has a spacious shower, hairdryer and towel rail.
There's also a washing machine, drying rack and a closet for your belongings. Ideal for long stays!
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Cleaning is included in the price, so we expect everyone to take good care of the studio.
If unusual time is required, the sum of 35€/hour started will be charged.

Ideally located, our apartment offers easy access to public transportation directly to Paris in 10-15mns:
- Metro 8: stop at Ecole Vétérinaire de Maisons-Alfort 10mns on foot
- RER D train: Maisons-Alfort - Alfortville stop 20-25mns on foot or 10mns by bus 181 just a stone's throw from the apartment to Gare de Lyon in 10mns, or Bercy Arena in 30mns.
Free parking is available in the nearby streets.
