Excellent location and very safe

This property near metro station M8, a few minutes walking to M6, excellent location. Also, it is very secure and safe. The property is also near grocery store with a few minutes walking distance. Very convenient for travelers.

It was so cute, a nice place to stay, and affordable for our 3 day stay in Paris! My favorite part was doing my makeup in front of the window looking into the garden. It was very clean and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Is in a gated apartment complex which is a good perk to this stay!

A comfortable, practical studio in the 12th.

This modest studio apartment is a very comfortable stay in an excellent location. The amenities are basic but functional, and the manager Mimoun is excellent: genuinely friendly, and will respond immediately to help with whatever you might need.

Good for short stay

We stayed for three nights to explore Paris. This apartment is small but perfect for a short stay and very convenient as the metro train to all of the Paris destinations is very close. There is a gate for security also.

Great place where to stay in Paris.

It is exactly as shown in the pictures, one block from the Metro 🚇 and very convenient facilities near by. We had a great time. The property owner waited for us until we arrived. Everything perfect.

The property comes as listed and is a convenient place to spend the nights in Paris at an affordable rate. Overall the property cleanliness lacks and the bathroom door doesn't close which was noted in previous reviews. But for the price it did the trick.

Good experience. the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equiped. So, the negatives: The bathroom's door does not really close, we dealt with that, but this is to mention. The shower is so tiny that it's almost impossible to not turn off or change the water heat while showering. Positives: Kitchen well equiped Place next to the metro The beds were comfortable, and you sleep well, it's a quiet place far from the street traffic The private residence makes you feel safe. At the end, yes I will considere this studio for next trips to Paris

Le logement ne correspond pas du tout au descriptif. Il manquait un couchage. Nous etions 2 amies mais nous n'avions pas prevu de dormir dans le même lit. Le linge de lit n'était pas net.Le logement était très sale et mal équipé. Une seule lampe aveuglante .. pas d'éclairage vers le lit. Plaque de cuisson en tres mauvais état. Televiseur cassé. Salle de bain correcte. Très bien desservi en transport

Passei 3 dias sem geladeira e o locador me enrolando, até resolver trocar, Hi-Fi , nem nos primórdios da Internet era tão ruim, tive de gastar muitos dados do celular e naturalmente comprar mais. A torradeira você tem de torrar um lado de cada vez, o cidadão vê as coisas dando defeito e não conserta, fiquei 10 dias, ele teve a cara de pau de deixar só 2 rolos de papel higiênico, apenas um jogo de toalhas de banho, e nenhuma de mão, atravesseiro vc tem de dobra-lo para poder usar. A coberta é unica, um edredon muito bom (grosso), mas vc tinha apen as essa opção, moral da história, se começava a suar e não tinha a opção de usar um lensol de cobrir ou uma colcha. Só escapa o Metrô muito próximo ao apto., 4 minutos à pé. Se você vai passar apenas uns 3 dias da para suportar, caso contrário procura outro. Agora o cidadão vai contar um monte de historinhas, pois erroneamente, a VRBO, só coloca a opinião dele após ele ler a nossa,mas digo deixei o ap dele, limpo, sem nenhuma quebra.Em tempo, o chuveiro é nota 1000, porém cuidado ao entrar e sair do box, ele é vem alto, mas tendo cuidado tudo bem. Somos um casal de 83 anos e não caimos no box.

Il condominio in cui è inserito questo monolocale è molto sicuro sia per come è recintato che per i sistemi di apertura controllati elettronicamente solo dai residenti. La posizione della struttura è ideale, visto che si trova a poca distanza da negozi, servizi e metropolitana. Inoltre in poche fermate di metrò ci si trova in pieno centro. L'appartamento, pur essendo piuttosto minimal nell'arredamento e nelle forniture, è comunque funzionale. Il costo è adeguato, considerando anche che ci si trova a Parigi.

Aquém do esperado.

A localização é muito boa para quem utiliza metro mas o anúncio do apartamento está fora do que é apresentado. Os quartos são pequenos, a cozinha funciona mal, a casa de banho está com os tubos à mostra, ao tomar banho, a cabine liberta alguma água para o chão (além de ser muito difícil entrar e sair do chuveiro - um senhor de mais idade terá dificuldade). A limpeza também é muito fraca. Tive de comprar itens de limpeza para limpar o apartamento pois estava muito mau. Ademais, o anúncio referia que havia secador de cabelo e não havia. A janela do apartamento deveria ter alguma proteção, porque, como ficava no rés de chão, os vizinhos passavam e viam o interior. Apanhamos bastante calor nos dias em que estivemos em Paris e o facto de não haver um ar condicionado ou ventoinha complicou a estadia.
