The spacious apartment in the attic consists of a living room, two bedrooms (beds 90x200 cm (2 pieces) - 80x200cm (2 pieces)), a fully equipped kitchen. The floors of the living rooms have carpeted flooring. The bathroom consists of a bath and shower and a separate toilet. A wide balcony (2x8m) with garden furniture also belongs to the apartment. Miesbach ein Besuch wert

Wir bewohnten eine schöne gediegene Wohnung.Es war wie zu Hause,es fehlte an nichts.Die Wohnung war von der Aufteilung einfach Klasse.Schöne Aufteilung der Decken mit Holzdecken.Eine Küche wo alles vorhanden war.Auch konnten wir bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen ohne Geräuschbelästigung.Fazit wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren eine Woche Gast bei der Familie Kohlhauf. Zunächst sind es sehr nette Leute, auch wurde im Vorfeld immer alles umfassend geklärt, was zu klären war. Auch durften wir früher in die Wohnung da wir schon früh vor Ort waren. Die Wohnung war für uns Optimal, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, dort kann man sogar bei schlechtem Wetter sitzen, ohne nasse Füße zu bekommen. Auch hat und die Gegend sehr gut gefallen. Zum Schliersee, oder Tegernsee war es nicht weit. Auch egal wo wir waren sehr gute Gastronomie, ohne Teuer zu sein, man sieht es geht noch, man muss nicht teuer sein. Auch die Einheimischen waren super nett, man kam immer ins Gespräch. Daher wir werden gerne nochmal dort hinfahren.

Ferien bei Kohlhaufs

Zwei Wochen haben meine Frau und ich in der Ferienwohnung Mariele Kohlhauf verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was man für diese Zeit braucht. Sie ist auch gut gelegen, um von hier nähere und entfernte Ziele zu erreichen. Anziehungspunkte sind Tegernsee mit Wallberg, Schliersee, Spitzingsee und Seehamer See oder das Freilichtmuseum von Marcus Wasmeier. Sollten wir nochmals in diese Gegend fahren, würden wir gerne wieder bei Kohlhaufs wohnen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung, sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und freundliche Vermieter.

Gemütliche FeWo

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie liegt allerdings im zweiten Stock, was auf den Fotos nicht zu erkennen war und zu Problemen führte. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, hat keinen Schrank und ist daher kein vollwertiges Zimmer bei einer Belegung mit 4 Erwachsenen. In der Küche fehlten Schüsseln und 2 Weingläser sind für 4 Personen zu wenig. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, was wir schlicht übersehen hatten, also haben wir aus dem ungewohnten Abwasch jeweils ein Event gemacht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei einem angemessenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
