The apartment on the first floor has in its basic form over 40 square meters, two balconies, a separate bedroom and living area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private shower / WC and 40 inches Full HD flat-screen satellite TV.   Extension possibility: The apartment can be extended to a large apartment with 60 sqm, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. Ideal for a family with 2 children or 2 couples. Discount in low season 15% (except holidays)

The Gästehaus Schiffmann has been in family ownership for over 100 years. The family atmosphere and the personal service, which our numerous regular guests especially appreciate, are appreciated. The location of our Geästehaus is ideal, because central to the center of Rottach-Egern and lake, but still very quiet in a private dead end by the stream. You can easily reach everything on foot and the bus stop is only 200 meters away. We want our guests to feel at home in our cozy Bavarian furnished apartments.
