Maison typique des années 1920 au charme authentique entièrement rénovée en 2025. Elle vient d'obtenir un label 3 étoiles en meublé de tourisme pour 6 personnes. Un grand séjour-salon vous ouvre ses portes avec vue sur le jardin. La cuisine ouverte a aussi un accès au jardin. Une chambre avec salle d 'eau privative et un WC complète le rez-de-chaussée. A l'étage une chambre vue mer pour enfants et bébé et une chambre vue mer avec bureau pour le télétravail, une salle d'eau avec WC. Le jardin est entièrement clos et sécurisé, il dispose d'un accès direct aux sentiers des Douaniers pour faire le tour de l'Ile. Parking gratuit à 50 mètres ou devant la maison. Logement non fumeur, linge en option, petits animaux acceptés. Ménage final inclus.
