Vue partiellement panoramique (obstruée par un autre raccard).Situé en contrebas du vieux village de St-Luc, à 10' à pied des pistes, à 3' de l'arrêt de bus navette.Le chauffage se fait partiellement par un fourneau à bois (circuit d'eau chaude alimenté par le fourneau). Nécessité d'entretenir le feu. Rez: Cuisine habitable (sans lave-vaisselle), cuisinière à plaque vitrocéramique et fourneau à bois, machine à café Nespresso. Réduit de stockage, local technique avec réfrigérateur. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche, lavabo, WC. Chambre avec canapé-lit convertible (140x200). Rez-supérieur: Séjour et coin bureau. Petit balcon, vue splendide sur la couronne impériale avec le Cervin. Petite chambrette mezzanine (coin jeu, lecture). Etage: Chambre double (lit 160x200). Salle d'eau avec lavabo et WC. Place de parc extérieure à 200 mètres. Accès au chalet par un sentier pédestre reliant le vieux village (fond villa) à la route du Prillet (arrêt bus navette).
