Beautiful time we had as a family! Our stay was perfect! The hot tub was amazing to have. Kitchen was beautiful. Upstairs for the children was perfect for during the day. lol otherwise you can hear every ball drop and step. The washer needs to be cleaned, the rubber seal is terribly gross. The community pool was great but didn’t really see anyone come and clean it daily. Smelled like sunscreen. It was so beautiful having the waterfall. Hard not having a manger office on duty. A little store would be nice to have on site. Overall stay was great!

The cabin we stayed in was perfect in that it wasn’t right on top of the other cabins. Everything worked as it should. It was awesome and a pretty easy access to Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was missing the email that had the gate code. Once I was able to get a hold of the office it was an easy fix.

The cabin is cute. The kids loved the game area. If you like hard mattresses then this is the cabin for you! They are definitely hard lol. There were dead bugs along the bedroom wall. Other than that everything appeared clean. The location of the cabin is great too

Amazing cabin in Sevierville. Easy to get to. Not as close to the island or the strip as I thought it would've been. Easy check in and check out process. Both bathrooms are in the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient. Very clean and well stocked. Living room area a bit small with no enough seating. I would definitely stay here again

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cabin’s cleanliness, thoughtful stocking of essentials, and the convenience of its accessibility. A smooth check-in and check-out process is something we strive for, and it’s wonderful to know that this helped make your stay stress-free.
We understand that the location may not have been as close to the strip as you anticipated, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused. While we aim to provide clear information about the cabin’s setting, your feedback encourages us to ensure future guests have a complete picture of what to expect.
We also appreciate your comments about the living room seating being somewhat limited and the bathroom setup presenting slight inconveniences. These details are important to us, and we’ll consider them carefully as we work to enhance the cabin’s layout and amenities.
It’s truly heartening to know that these minor drawbacks didn’t detract from your overall enjoyment and that you’d stay with us again. Your willingness to return is the highest compliment, and we’re grateful for your thoughtful feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing stay in the future!
We had a wonderful week at the Enchanted Forest cabin! It was a great location to be away from all the “touristy stuff!” The description and pictures provided were accurate. The game room area in the loft was fun! Some things we feel could be improved on were having fitted sheets that actually fit the mattresses as it was annoying when they’d pop off the corners and a better stocked kitchen as we did a lot of meal prep at the cabin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

So glad you had a wonderful week at the Enchanted Forest cabin! We appreciate your suggestions on the sheets and kitchen amenities and will look into these improvements. Thanks for recommending us to others — it truly means a lot!
I don't know how 9 people could stay in there as advertized. The bathroom in both bedrooms were not enough. My son (43 years old) was in one room, his daughter - my grandaughter and 2 small greatgrandkids in the other bedroom. I slept up staires on the bunk bed (which wasn't bad) .but, I didn’t have a batheoom.which was very haed at night or mor i g . Very nice cabin for a couple people, NOT 9.the couch beds mayby for small kids.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback, Carol. We're happy to hear you liked the cabin, but we're genuinely sorry that the layout and bathroom setup did not meet your expectations. We understand how important it is for our guests to feel comfortable, and we can imagine how inconvenient it must have been not to have a bathroom nearby during the night and morning hours.
We also appreciate your insights regarding the sleeping arrangements. The space may be better suited for a smaller group, and your input will help us to improve our accommodations in the future. We value your experience and want to ensure that future guests have a more comfortable stay. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us.

The location is great! Good parking and privacy. Kitchen major appliances were new and worked great for Thanksgiving feast. The features were as listed. The only downside were only 5 forks in the entire cabin, toaster didn’t work, moldy shower curtains, dirty sock and dust bunnies under couch, bedspreads could be updated; these could all be fixed quickly. We would stay again.

The stay was to be expected however 6 days following the trip the cabins 4 you company charged me an additional 550 due to "damage to the pool table". During our stay, the pool table cover was never removed. I have contacted the company and despite my attempts to state that the damage was not done on our part, they simply stated that I had to dispute it with my bank. I have requested pictures of the pool table prior to our stay and no one will return my request. No family should be taken advantage of and I will see to it that this company will not.

We understand your frustration regarding the charge for the pool table. Our intention is always to make fair and informed decisions regarding the property’s condition before and after each guest’s stay. Unfortunately, we did not receive any reports during your stay, and it was only after your departure that our team discovered the damage to the pool table and needed to arrange for repairs. Based on that inspection report and our standard procedures, the charge was applied. While we understand you disagree with our assessment and this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, the charge cannot be reversed. Please know that we’re truly sorry you felt dismissed or unfairly treated when speaking with us. Your feedback has been shared with all departments, allowing us to continue improving our communication and ensuring that every cabin is thoroughly reviewed before and after each stay. Most of all, we regret that this was your experience and sincerely apologize that your time with us felt anything less than cared for.
Cabins for You is definitely not a place to stay. We had terrific service until as we were driving toward our stay they messaged that the cabin I had reserved (5 months ago) wasn’t available. They gave 2 alternate choices that didn’t have enough beds for our group and then a third choice after I complained. This one had beds but no amenities that we were originally looking for. The cabin itself was stripped of everything you typically find in a vbro except for toilet paper. They even expected us to provide our own propane for the grill (“company policy”). We use Vrbo A LOT and this is the only poor review I have ever given. Would not recommend any property from Cabins For You.

We’re really sorry your trip started off in such a frustrating way, Stephanie. Having your reserved cabin unexpectedly unavailable after months of planning is absolutely unacceptable, and we understand how disruptive that must have been for your group. We regret that we had to temporarily shut down your original cabin after an inspection revealed repairs that couldn’t wait.
Although we were able to offer a refund, we realize that doesn’t make up for the stress and disappointment of having to choose from options that didn’t fully match what you originally booked. The lack of amenities and the propane policy clearly added to the frustration, and we’re truly sorry for that.
Your feedback about the property setup and supplies has been noted, and we’ll be reviewing our communication so guests are better prepared for what’s provided. We also take your concerns about the overall experience seriously and will be using them to reassess how we handle situations like this. It’s upsetting to know this was your first poor Vrbo review, and we deeply regret that it was connected to us. We sincerely apologize this was your experience.
Place was fine except the cleaning people could withstand to dust around the place more & clean up around the floor/trim board areas. Overall I was satisfied with the place, the hot tub was great. Billiards & the retro arcade machine were fun. I’m partial to a spring mattress, not a fan of memory foam but that is a personal preference. Property manager was easy to contact to get an early check in. My family members loved the place. If I ever come back to the area, I would rent this again.

Thank you for your feedback on Enchanted Forest, Amber! We are pleased to hear that you and your guests had an amazing time and that you were able to enjoy all of the amenities that this cabin has to offer! We would love to host you again in the near future!
Decent at best. Here’s some things I noticed. Air hockey table legs are folding over, half lit Christmas tree, extremely dirty bay windows, while this can be minor and overlooked.. the window seals/trim inside had bird poo(on both of them). The fans are caked in a good amount of dust. The antler hanging light is missing bulbs/some bulbs don’t work… cob webs hanging across the other ones. On your way up the steps you’ll notice plenty of dirt/dust in the stair treads. The kitchen floor apparently had some kind of damage but patched with plywood & painters tape, beings the tape was wearing off I’d assume it’s been that way for some time. The coffee maker doesn’t work. One of the kitchen chairs is missing screws and very wobbly. A baby cockroach crawled across the floor on our first day there. Hottub worked as it should, but couldn’t be more ancient with minimal jetting power. The pull out couch requires a team effort to get it to go back in(junk). The spring shot off of the back door and hit me on my leg. The fireplace/heater doesn’t work at all. Ice dispenser doesn’t dispense ice.. I may be forgetting some things, I grabbed a few photos while I was there of some things. All in all, we had a great vacation, the cabin was our biggest headache. I don’t know that I’d rent from Cabins For You again if this is their standard. Thanks, I hope this helps the company or potential renter.

Dirty! Poor communication
The property is in serious need of a deep clean! Basic cleaning was fine but there were layers of dust on ceiling fans, cross beams, fixtures etc. the washing machine was so filthy we couldn’t use it. We spent our first night there cleaning. I contacted owner through VRBO and was directed to a third party. I also reported one shower was not draining. They said they pulled a repair ticket but it was never fixed! Had the use of one shower for 3 adult women and 1 adult male! There was little guidance on using the amenities at the cabin and had to be figured out on our own.
The location was great but unless it gets a serious deep clean I would avoid!

Rich, we're so sorry for your poor experience at the cabin, Enchanted Forest. We know it must have been beyond frustrating to encounter cleanliness and maintenance issues. Not to mention, you called to place a work order and it was not completed during your stay. We are so sorry for this inconvenience, as this is totally unacceptable to us. We do see that management has been in contact with you since your stay and has reached out with an offer in an effort to rectify the issues you encountered during your stay, and this offer is still available for you to accept. We do understand that this was a disappointing stay and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to serve you with a better stay in the near future.
