- Guests are expected to do a minimal amount of housekeeping prior to check out that includes tidying the kitchen, hanging any wet towels, stripping bed linens off the beds you used and taking all dirty linens downstairs
- Use of pool and hot tub is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera, by the driveway, facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces
- NOTE: The community pool is available mid-May through mid-September, depending upon warmer temps
