Small and functional family house in the heart of Courseulles sur Mer with fully enclosed garden and two private parking spaces in front of the house
You will find all the comforts as if you were at home.

On foot: all amenities 100 metres away (Carrefour City, bakery, bar/tobacconist, pharmacy...) and the sea 400 metres away at the end of the street.

Family home well equipped for your short and long stays. Ideally designed for 1 family with 2 travellers (2 more people in a busy room with sofa bed)

On the ground floor:
- A fully equipped and functional kitchen with an oven, a four-burner gas stove, a microwave, a small dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, an espresso (Nespresso), a fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine.
- The living room adjoining the kitchen consists of a sofa and a large table for eight people.
- A bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed equipped with a storage chest (linen provided and ready on your arrival)
- A "passer-by" bedroom with a 140x190 sofa bed and a storage cupboard: (linen provided but it's up to you to prepare it when you arrive)
This space is passable to go upstairs for the children.
- A small bathroom equipped with a shower, a toilet and a sink, this place is not large but the space is optimised!

On the 1st floor: "the children's floor"
- 2 beds of 90x190 (linen provided and ready on your arrival)
- A relaxation and games area

- Free fibre wifi and large screen plasma TV 127 cm

The accommodation has a fully enclosed garden with a terrace with two outdoor tables and chairs. The asphalt path in the centre of the garden will delight young people who like to take their first steps on a bike or play football.

Arrivals are made after 17:00 (luggage can be dropped off from 13:00) independently. Departures are no later than 11:00 a.m.PGJyPg

--> We let you prepare the sofa bed (full linens in the green wardrobe)
--> We provide 6 large towels

The espresso is a Nespresso (Bring your capsules)
For the use of the barbecue, charcoal is not provided

The cleaning price includes the complete cleaning of the house, the supply of bed linen for the double bed, the sofa bed and the 2 single beds, bathroom mat, tea towels and a large towel (we do not provide small towels) for 6 people

During your stay, we provide you with all the consumables to start your stay in the best conditions (shower gel, toilet paper, rubbish bag, paper towels...). If you're staying longer, consider restocking 😉
