Furnished with brand new furniture, including 2 comfortable queen size beds, this apartment is the perfect place to relax after a day spent on the beach. The condo is located just a 2-minute walk from the Kamaole Beaches, shopping, and dining options, making it the perfect location for a beach vacation. Enjoy the peaceful tropical garden view from the lanai, perfect for sipping a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. We have included free Netflix for your entertainment during your stay and all taxes and fees are already included in the price, so you can book with confidence and enjoy your stay without any additional charges. Plus, this unit has a self-check-in feature for added convenience and social distancing. Your health and safety is our top priority. We are using products approved by the CDC to eradicate any lingering germs, bacteria, and viruses. We are taking extra precautions by ensuring all commonly touched surfaces are wiped down completely. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. And, not only will you be enjoying a luxurious vacation, but you'll also be making a difference in our island community. Each time you book this unit, we donate $10 (equivalent to 40 meals!) to the Maui Food Bank charity to help feed those in need. Plus, this apartment has AC, new 65'' TV and 1 brand new fan, providing Wailea luxury at affordable Kihei prices. Use all the resorts amenities such as the swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor grills. With your help of keeping the doors shut, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services.
Please note, there is a mandatory additional fee of $25 to be paid upon check-in at the front desk, or no later than 9 AM the following day. This fee is for your parking permit, which is essential during your stay. The entire fee goes directly to the Homeowners Association (HOA), not to us as hosts. The HOA strictly enforces this policy, and cars without a permit are quickly towed at the owner’s expense. We want to ensure you have a smooth and fine-free visit, so please make sure to pick up your parking permit on time.
We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 4 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.
