We are located 1 block from beach in beautiful Port Aransas.

Easy walking to the beach..

The unit has a full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need, except maybe your favorite omelet pan.
Each day brings a different menu of things to do. Tensions disappear beneath your footsteps in the sun as you stroll along the miles of beaches.

We are golf cart accessible from beach and town.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Unit has a King Bed in master bedroom. Two twin beds in guest bedroom. Blow up mattress for living room.

We came for Sand Fest and this location was perfect access to the beach! Love the accommodations. We have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend Island Dunes!
