Bohemian Bungalow

This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style.The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. I am originally from Erie Pennsylvania. I have a degree in hospitality management and have been involved in the service industry most of my life. Although I’ve been retired for a while now hospitality is still in my blood and running several B&Bs in rental properties keeps me busy and active.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood as it is close to my house. The neighborhood is a very eclectic mix of young families with smaller and older starter homes. There’s lots of And hipster vibe in the area and the location is close to interstate, the dining district and downtown.

What makes this property unique

Bohemia gets its inspiration from a long-term former tenant who was from Bohemia, who started off with the unique paint scheme in this apartment. I took cues from her and her friends and transformed this mid-century modern apartment in to an unusual collection of art colors and vibrant energy.
