This colorful, family friendly, pet friendly, bungalow provides beds to comfortably sleep 6 guests and is located on a quiet tree-lined street in the Historic Murray Hill section of Jacksonville. The backyard is fully fenced, so you can include your furry friend in your stay. Enjoy the convenience of an eclectic mix of local restaurants, shops, bars and parks, within just a 10 min walk or a quick car ride. Or, if you prefer, there are major chain restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping within 10 mins. We also offers a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor cooking/eating area if you decide stay in. Quick stay

Working nearby and my coworkers and I needed a place to stay for a night. We hate motel life. Managed to get a one night stay with no problems and if I needed another I was good. Communication was great.

Cruise Vacation rental

We were in town for a cruise and this vintage property had everything we needed ! The space accommodated my group well . The only issue we had was connecting to the WiFi but needless to say that wasn’t enough to give this property anything less than a 10/10! Thanks .

This cute little bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood and presented exactly as described. It was the perfect spot to meet my daughter and grand daughter for the weekend! We really enjoyed all the board games and had a great time bonding! Thanks for wonderful experience!!

Very Family Friendly!!

There are no negatives about this home! Everything you can possibly think you'll need is in this home!! It is an older home so you'll have that creaky charm but you can also see the improvements that were made. The beds are Soooo comfy and I slept like a baby! So many books, movies and activities for the little ones. My grandson had a ball! 5 minutes from Wawa, Winn Dixie and restaurants!! I could keep going but to sum it up-Awesome Listing!!

I was only there for one night for a football game. It was very nice and everything I needed for myself and the dogs. It was easy to get to and then easy to get to and back from Everbank Stadium. If I come to another game I will definitely look this one up again.

Adorable and quaint home with all the necessities!

We had a very comfortable, and easy stay in this home! Very quaint neighborhood, yet super close to everything you could possibly need. As someone who loves to cook, they had everything I needed in the kitchen... huge plus for me! Great little fenced in backyard for the dogs, laundry on site, and comfy beds. Not to mention exceptional hosts! We have friends and family in the area and will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this great little house. The house was very clean and had plenty of helpful items for our stay (kitchen wares, books, games etc). The beds were comfortable and it had a fenced yard with a place to sit and enjoy the butterflies (there are tons of them out back in the flowers). This was a great location close to many amenities in Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Historic Murray Hill is a wonderful, eclectic, walkable area of Jacksonville, filled with unique homes and streets lined with beautiful Live Oak trees! We are just a block away from a beautiful dog friendly park with a playground and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops and places of worship. If you don't feel like walking, we are just a 5-10 minute drive to major chain stores and restaurants.
