The pavement to the entrance to car parking is too deep that my car hits the pavement. Hopefully this could be fixed. Improve the general smell in the house. All in all, everything is great. I would consider using the place again.

The property was perfect for what we needed!! Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t seem to work but we brought our own so it was fine. The place is on a main road tho and the driveway had a bit of a dip going into the road. The neighbors didn’t seem very pleased when we first arrived and my daughter, who was getting married during our stay, was dropping off a car for our other child and just parked it in her driveway for literally 30 seconds. The neighbors didn’t seem came out yelling for us to move the car, which we were. Driveway space wasn’t big enough for multiple cars at all. Overall we had a great time and would stay again! 10/10!

The home was exceptionally clean and let in a lot of light. There were only two of us, but this home could easily fit 1-2 more people during a stay. My son and I each had our own room and bathroom (and TV). The host was communicative about checking in. It was close to the beach, and also close to the UNF campus, which is where we were visiting. The location had many spots and restaurants within a short drive. We were only there a night, but would stay again if we go to Jacksonville!

It was a fitting space for what we needed during a move. No washer/dryer availability but luckly we still were able to laundry at the house we were moving from. Overall worked out okay for what we needed.

The upstairs room is a loft! Not a true bedroom. Lots of morning sunlight and noise. The property had a very strong bleach smell for days. Then a musky egg smell. I had to repeatedly open the doors to air out. The floors turned our socks black.
