Spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom ranch is the perfect Jacksonville getaway for you and your family—just 20 minutes from the beach and 15 mins from Downtown and EverBank Stadium home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kitchen has plenty of cooking and eating utensils as well as pot and pans and dishes, mugs and cups. The dinning area has a dinning table and foosball table. There is a front-load washer and dryer along with a laundry sink. The back porch is screened in and there is a fully fenced in backyard. Lot includes plenty of off street parking.

Loved it!!! The owner was amazing and kind. Communication with him was great. Definitely will stay there again. Easy to get in. Has everything you would need. This was my first time renting somewhere like this. I was scared at first but the owner really was amazing and he put my mind at ease.

Awesome management and great house!!!

Great house, huge inside!!! has a movie room and they supply almost everything for you. Beds were super comfortable extra towels sheets anything you need. You have a back porch to relax on almost every item there for you to cook with, The management is awesome. I had a situation. Don’t wanna go into details, but I could’ve Received no recourse for what happened but he went above and beyond to take care of me because he felt that it was the right thing to do!! Not many people like him left!! Thank you!! I will stay there any time I am there…
