APRÈS Vacation Homes complies with all applicable laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Fair Housing Act (FHA). If a guest will be traveling with a service animal, they are required to notify us prior to check-in. Non-Service Animal Pets are $150 per stays of less than 15 days. If a guest will be traveling with a pet of any kind, excluding Support Animals, they are required to notify us of Breed & Age prior to check-in.
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras may be installed in outdoor areas such as entrances, driveways, and garages. These devices are used for property protection, occupancy verification, and safety monitoring. There are no cameras or recording devices located inside the home or in any private interior spaces.

Stayed here for 8 days with my wife, two college age boys and my dog. Overall, the place and location were great for all of us. A few things that werent perfect:The property management were painting all week and the painters never cleaned up after themselves so there was tape, garbage, dirt everywhere on the premises.The amenities were very nice however, the sink faucet definitely needs replaced.That said, i would definitely go back and recommend this place for a summer or winter stay. The host communication was prompt and accurate. Thank you

Condo needs updating. Furniture (sofa and chairs) are quite uncomfortable. Would love to have comfortable furniture on the patio in order to make the space more enjoyable. Lamp over kitchen table is secured by a carabiner. The space needs a deep clean. We were still pleased with the location, the amenities provided and the price was quite reasonable for the amount of space we had.

Overall it was a good stay. Place was clean and family friendly. Lots of communication from Host.
One general negative: There was a presence of bugs in the flat. Some small worm-looking bugs coming out of the sink drains. Also, after coming home, I realized that I has some form of bug bites all over my arms. I assume this was spiders, or ants, or some other crawling bug. I can only assume I was bitten while sleeping.
