Die Vermieter waren nicht in der Lage, die Buchungsplattform zu bedienen: Anfragen vorab wurden nicht beantwortet. Wir standen am Anreisetag mit zwei Kindern um 16 Uhr in der Hochsaison trotz einer gültigen und bezahlten Buchung ohne Quartier da: Das Objekt war durch die Vermieter ein zweites Mal anderweitig vermietet.
