This wonderful DUPLEX house is located less that a 10 minutes (by WALKING!) from healing Warm Mineral Springs. One may wonder, what is the Warm Mineral Springs? The magical springs, that people from all over the world come to visit, is the largest warm springs in WORLD.. Some people even call the place a Fountain Of Youth. The waters are known for their symptom reliefs and overall benefits for people's health. The house is a Duplex, meaning that each apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with separate entrees. Each apartment has huge new living room with Smart TV, sofa. Kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has new kitchen appliances and other cooking stuff
One bedroom has two twin sized beds Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are bedroom and bath supplies like towels , sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers.
House has drying and washing machine room .Backyard includes an outdoor set of table and chairs with umbrella . Parking is available. on the drive way.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and grocery stores, restaurants, parks are close by. Beaches are less that 20 minutes away.

cozy unit

Very clean unit. No cable tv- just smart tv. Comfortable bed. Could use a cookie sheet and broiler pan. Great little screen porch. Neighborhood pretty shaky but we were safe- just didn’t walk it. Just a very basic unit- but again very clean.

Cute double bungalow

A newly renovated double bungalow in an up an coming residential neighborhood. Contemporary interiors with work in progress exteriors following hurricanes. We enjoyed our stay and it was located in close proximity to our destinations.

Great Home Away from Home for Work

I was staying in the area for a month for work and this place was perfect for a home away from home to stay during my time in North Port.

Quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and nice. The front porch was nice, but the yard was terribly trashy.

Perfect for our needs

The condo was very clean and perfect for our needs. Typically I would not have selected this area to stay at but we were visiting some friends that live in the neighborhood. It turned out that the location was great, a variety of ocean beaches were within a 20/30 minute drive. There are several nature preserves and hiking spots nearby yet all the conveniences of being in a city. We are very satisfied and would be happy to stay there again when visiting our friends.
