3 Nite Minimum Stay! Spectacular Ocean Views! **5 day minimum for Lobster Fest, July 25-Aug. 13. **
Newly renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath stilt home, located in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key, on a large corner lot with covered Please be aware that there is a credit card fee at the gate.
Master Bedroom features a Queen sized bed with it's own private bathroom with an ocean view. The guest bedroom has a twin sized bed with a pullout trundle. The living room has a brand new comfortable full sized Futon sofa for sleeping. ( Way more comfortable than a sleeper sofa. )
Enjoy the brand new tiled floors and free Wifi. Sorry, no cable TV.
Kitchen features include Corian Counter tops, new cabinets and appliances.
But the best feature to this home is it's Brand New oversized deck. Relax and enjoy the ocean views from 2 sides of the house. Sorry, no pets allowed on this property.
Venture Out Resort has been a popular destination among vacationers. The amenities include: 24 hour security, lighted tennis courts, Olympic-sized heated pool, kiddie pool, spa Jacuzzi, ping pong, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, lighted basketball court, children's playground, pool table, darts, Marina complete with 2 ramps, gas, store, ATM and fish cleaning station, boat trailer parking onsite, open water picnic areas, ocean front Tiki Hut, lending library, post office - and MORE - ALL IN A GATED COMMUNITY with a mixture of RV sites and manufactured homes where you can feel safe and secure.

Check out at 11am.

***PLEASE READ*** There is a $125 registration fee payable on check-in. This is a one-time fee, for the duration of your stay, payable directly to Venture Out on arrival. This covers all guests staying in our unit. This is completely separate to the payment made to VRBO.
Host is not liable or held responsible as some park amenities may not always be available due to repairs, maintenance, closures or utility outages.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of $200 and an Administrative Fee of $60.

PARKING:
There is room to park one vehicle on the driveway at the property. Additional vehicle's may be parked on site for an additional $5 per night. Boat/ trailer storage is available on site for an additional $10 per night, both payable to Venture Out Resort on arrival. Renters and owners coming into the park will be restricted to one (1) additional overflow parking spot. This means you have your one transportation vehicle on your lot, and / or one (1) additional paid overflow parking spot, if available. You may use the additional overflow parking spot for either one (1) boat trailer or one (1) additional vehicle, but you will not be able to park both. The additional paid overflow parking is NOT GUARANTEED. Venture Out will not be responsible to try and accommodate or locate any accommodations for any extra boats, trailers, or additional vehicles if there is no parking available.

Enjoyed our stay at Venture Out Resort. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. View was nice and the people at the check in were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice property. Great location in the lower Keys. Easy drive to Key West and other locations. Great views from our upper deck. Nice pool in common area of Venture Out community. Friendly vibe among neighbors but not “too friendly”. Enjoyed our stay. Mike, the host was courteous and responsive.

Great property and well stocked house

We loved the Venture Out property the home was located on. There was ample bedding and towels of good quality and a well stocked kitchen. The house could’ve been 5 star with a little more effort put into cleaning. It appeared that floors hadn’t been mopped, surfaces hadn’t been dusted, and appliances weren’t wiped down. However, the two most important items were clean - the beds and showers! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Faucet in hallway bathroom needs replaced along with drain plug. May want to spray for termites, there was a small pile of wood dust down below kitchen sink by cabinets

We stayed for 3 nights, the place was easy to find and the views were good. The accommodations were well stocked with dishes and spices. My only issue was the high fee to 'register' with the security and for the amenities. This was kind of explained at booking but I felt was excessive to pay an extra $113.00 for 3 days of amenities/security.

Unit was slightly smaller than what we were expecting by the pictures. Very clean, except for the floor in main area. Walking around left the soles of your feet very dirty. Used mop that was provided and it cleaned up nicely. When roll-out bed was out, there was no room to maneuver in the room. Everything worked as expected. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Manager was responsive and very helpful. A lot of amenities were provided and appreciated.

THIS HOST SUCKS AND HE IS A LIAR!!!!

The "owner" / "host" flat out lied to us about the power going out after we messaged him about the situation. We stayed 4 nights, 3 days and every single day we lost electricity due to "maintenance". When we spoke to the entry/management of the property they said this is normal, and has been going on for 2+ years, when the host was informed he said it was the first time. Do not give this guy your money, plenty of other places in the area for similar or less money and the power doesn’t get shut off. Guests should know before they book that this happens regularly. I will never stay in this area again or stay with this owner.

Comfortable place for a stay

This was a nice, clean, comfortable, 2 Bedroom place to stay for a week. It is situated in a gated community with a nice amount of amenities and lots going on. It is only a short drive to Key West. Or in the other direction to state parks, beaches and nature areas. It should be noted that this particular unit is not on the ocean or canals, but you can see ithe ocean off of the balcony. The unit had all of the dishes, equipment, etc. that you could need. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed There were a couple of minor maintenance issues related to the grill and dishwasher. When we raised the issue about the grill, the owner was very responsive. But I think they just need a new grill. We did not raise the issue with the dishwasher because it just seemed that it was very loose and needed to be set in its place better. Those issues were extremely minor and would not stop me from staying there again.

Beautiful view!

This property was perfect for our stay. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local market very close drive to buy groceries. The house was clean and beds were very comfy. Loved that we had 2 bathrooms. The community pool, hot tub were perfect, the kids loved the pool and being able to fish right on location. Would highly recommend this rental unit. Mike always answered our questions quickly. Thank you!

Disappointed there was no washer or dryer in the unit.

Nice place. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. That made it easy to cook at the unit.

Venture Out is an awesome place

Loved the area Venture Out is great nice pool and views, close to Key West and Marathon Key. The house was nice and clean however there was no washer or dryer would have liked to know that before we booked. Also it would have been nice to have a packet of information about the house and things to do in the area.
