Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die W. entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Gute Ausstattung, ruhig u. zentral gelegen. Der Service (Hausmeister) war auch sehr gut. Einziger Punkt für eine Verbesserung wäre die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Die Räume i.d. Tiefgarage sind meist voll belegt. Das Parksystem i.d. Tiefgarage ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was benötigt wird. Auch das Bad mit Regendusche ist hübsch, großzügig und bietet genug Ablagefläche. Das Parksystem ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man erreicht den Strand und die schöne Promenade in wenigen Gehminuten. Ebenso sind mehrere Supermärkte nicht weit entfernt. Die Betten empfanden wir als extrem weich, das Sofa ist leider ziemlich durchgesessen. Insgesamt eine wirklich hübsche Wohnung die der Beschreibung und den Fotos entspricht.

Ruhige, zentrale und super ausgestattete Wohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der modernen und super ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir wollten eigentlich in ein Hotel, haben aber so kurzfristig kein gutes Angebot erhalten und daraufhin diese schöne Wohnung entdeckt.
Das war im Nachhinein die entspanntere Variante und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles Prima!
Uns hat die Wohnung und der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Ggf. könnte die Couch mal ausgetauscht werden?! Die war nicht sooo bequem. Aber Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung. Wir fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl und die Lage ist auch top!

Sehr geplegte Wohnung für Reisende jeder Altersgruppe
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, modern gestaltet und top gepflegt. Auch für entspannte Abende mit Freunden ist hier genug Platz! Sehr unkompliziert war das Check-In und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis!

Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Service und Betreuung durch das Baltic-Team sind ausgezeichnet.

Super schöne Wohnung
Es ist eine sehr gut gepflegte Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt... Die Lage ist zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einem Restaurant, Apotheke und der Innenstadt sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar.
Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein bisschen Abenteuerlich (Ein Parksystem in dem die Autos verschoben werden um Platz zu sparen) und nicht für große Kombis/SUV geeignet... hier muss Mann unbedingt die Maße beachten.
Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen :)
