The apartment has a living and kitchen area and a bedroom and can accommodate 4 guests. In the separate bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200) with wardrobe and flat screen TV. In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200) serves as a bed. From the living room you can access the furnished balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. Electric shutters ensure comfortable sleeping comfort. Underfloor heating also offers guests a great feel-good atmosphere.

Entertainment in the evening: Two flat-TVs invite you to cozy TV evenings. WiFi access and a Bose loudspeaker system with an IPod connection are also part of the entertainment.
