For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 70 m² garden (private and enclosed), south-facing with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A south-facing terrace measuring approximately 10×5 m

The house is ideally located in Erdeven, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
