Lage Top, Zustand Schrott
Zum Positiven: das Haus liegt knapp fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Geschäfte sind gut zu erreichen. Für Reisen mit Hund ist das komplett eingezäunte Grundstück von Vorteil. Die räumlich Aufteilung ist klasse.
Zum Negativen: Wohnung wurde in einem erbarmungswürdigen Zustand übergeben. Wozu der Vormieter eine Endreinigung bezahlt hat, ist mir schleierhaft! Teilweise extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Waschmaschine defekt, Staub sogar in (!) den Schränken.
