Our modern apartment was renovated in 2016 and offers space for 4-6 people on about 95 square meters.
In addition to 3 bedrooms, it scores with a spacious dining and living area, a new bathroom with shower and bathtub, guest toilet and a large south-facing balcony with a beach chair and seating.
A well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and complete kitchen and cooking utensils leave nothing to be desired for self-caterers.

The entire apartment is designed with parquet floors and flooded with light - an apartment to feel good, even on rainy days!

Schöne Wohnung in StrandnÀhe

Die gute Raumaufteilung inkl. einer Dach- Terrasse in SĂŒdwestlage ermöglichte uns ( 6 Erwachsene) einen entspannten, sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Strandnah und ruhig gelegen, BĂ€cker, kleiner Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih befinden sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he, PKW Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus und ĂŒberdachte AbstellplĂ€tze fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der auf dem Innenhof. Positiv zu erwĂ€hnen sind ebenfalls die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die freundliche und unaufdringliche Art der Vermieterin.

Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Wohnung!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Norderney bei Familie Mertens. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen ĂŒbertroffen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles in einem top Zustand, sodass wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Eine Wohnung zum Geniessen

Wir waren im MĂ€rz 2023 fĂŒr sechs Tage in der Wohnung und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber, sehr wohnlich, gerĂ€umig, mit großem SĂŒdbalkon und einer ansprechenden Einrichtung und vollstĂ€ndigen Ausstattung. Die Lage am Ortsrand ist optimal. Der Weg zum Strand und in die DĂŒnen ist sehr kurz, ein BĂ€cker und ein Lebensmittelmarkt liegen direkt um die Ecke, Restaurants sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen und eine Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der TĂŒr. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Wohnung und ihre Lage ist genau wie von allen beschrieben. Im Hochsommer könnte es sein, dass man die Schlafzimmer nicht kĂŒhl bekommt, da keine Rollos vorhanden sind.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt etwas weiter außerhalb vom Zentrum, mit dem Fahrrad ist aber alles sehr gut erreichbar. Direkt um die Ecke sind Restaurant, ein Edeka, eine BĂ€ckerei und ein FahrradgeschĂ€ft sowie eine Bushaltestelle, also alles, was man braucht. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Toll war auch die Terrasse, auf der wir gerne Sonne getankt haben. Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich. Man fĂŒhlt sich direkt wie bei Freunden aufgenommen. Wenn wir noch einmal eine Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern benötigen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Moderne, empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, sie ist modern, ansprechend und sehr gut ausgestattet. BĂ€ckerei, Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih und Strand in direkter Umgebung, mit einer Bushaltestelle ebenfalls in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Toller Balkon, den wir wegen des schlechten Wetters allerdings nicht nutzen konnten. Abwicklung mit den sehr netten Vermietern problemlos, deren Hund haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen.

Top Fewo!

Die Fewo ist top eingerichtet, sehr großzĂŒgig und es fehlt an nichts. Sogar Kaminholz ist vorrĂ€tig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es weniger als 1 min Fussmarsch. BĂ€cker, Supermarkt und ein sehr gutes Restaurant sind direkt um die Ecke. In der Objekt Beschreibung stehen 2 BĂ€der, was nicht den Tatsachen entspricht (1Bad, 1 GĂ€ste WC). Das tat dem Urlaub aber keinen Abbruch. Die Fewo ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und alles erklĂ€rt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz fĂŒr insgesamt 6 Personen. Der Balkon mit Essplatz und Strandkorb ist genial. Man erreicht in wenigen Schritten einen BĂ€cker und Edeka Markt. Auch ein Restaurant sowie der Strand sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Ich wĂŒrde diese Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen!

Moderne und saubere Wohnung

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus Zuckerpatt sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und es waren ausreichend SchrĂ€nke vorhanden. FĂŒr sechs Erwachsene ist die Wohnung perfekt (sogar ein Kind hĂ€tte noch Platz). Die Lage ist optimal um die Insel zu erkunden und man ist in fĂŒnf Minuten am Strand. BĂ€ckerei, Restaurants, Fahrradverleih und ein Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die Vermieterin war wirklich sehr freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Freuen uns schon auf den nĂ€chsten Urlaub dort.
